Can anyone identify the staff?
COURTHOUSE FIRE
To the left in this picture is Cass's and to the right is the old entrance to the Delaware Hotel
William J. Irwin and his son-in-law, Joseph Plute where both Fire Chiefs Uncle Joe was chief for many years and when this picture was taken
I would have expected to have seen him sitting in one of the chairs waiting for people to walk by so they could say "Good Morning".
