1908 "Fred Buzzell and Geo. Caldwell of north of Bryant were trading in Yuma this week." That might be Fred Ecord, and the paper was incorrect.
1908 Yuma "Our ball player, Buzzell, arrived the middle of the week with his car of goods."
1910 Kate Buzzell was delinquent on taxes on improvements in the northeast quarter of 30, 5N 48W, and that quarter was claimed in 1914 by William B. Clark. So Kate must have relinquished her claim.
In 1910 Rock Creek precinct, Washington County, sister-in-law Edith C. Phillips, 24, born in Kansas and her son Guy, 4,
Kansas, are living with the Caldwells. Mrs. Edith Phillips married
A.G. Buzzell Jan 4, 1913, recorded in Phillips County. Ansel G.
Edith C. Buzzell "formerly Edith C. Phillips" proved up a quarter in 25, 5N
49W in 1914. Ansel, Clarence, and William each claimed land in 5N 48W on May 20, 1913. July 12, 1909 Catherine Buzzell, 27 married C.P. Marsh, 29, George Ledrow
Rulison, minister of Holyoke, recorded in Phillips County. In 1910 Smith County Kate 28 and Carl Marsh 29 have a month-old baby, and are
with William H. and Lucy Marsh. They're still with them in 1920, with
William M. 9 and Orvin W. 8. Carl Rolfe Marsh - Aug 6, 1879-1929 is buried
in Gaylord, Smith County. 48152901 Catherine 1882-1975 is also buried
there. 48152928. In 1910 Charles "Bezzell", widowed, 64, is in Magee precinct, Yuma County,
and son Clarence E. , 38 is with him. Next two households are single,
William H. Bezzell 33 and Ansel G. 32, both born in Kansas. The household preceding is Peter Cummings 49, widowed, with Bertha J. 17 and
Vertin, 15, both born in Kansas. On the same page is Henry H. Cummings, 30, and Sarah E. 36, both born in
Kansas. So four of his kids are near Charles in 1910.
In 1910 Joseph Buzzell, Mike Gisi, Albert Monk (my grandfather), and George Whitcomb were candidates
for two constable positions in Justice Precinct No. 5,
August 1911 - Ford was the store and post office near the Pleasant Valley Church.
