Earnest R. Hall, Theodore "Ed" Hall, Witherbee

In 1900 Chase County William Hall, April 1861 in Missouri, has been married 17 years to Lizzie D, April 1865, Missouri.  Four kids - Ernest R. April 1885 Kansas, Earl E. Oct 1888, Aubrey January 1890, and Arthur January 1890 - the last three in Nebraska.

Ernest married Della Fincher September 21, 1906 in Holyoke

In 1910 Earnest, 25 born in Kansas, is in Yuma County, married to Della, 23, born in Missouri

Earnest proved up a quarter in 5, 5N 43W in 1911, and a quarter next to in in section 4 in 1916.

But he's in the 1915 Fort Scott census, a machinist, married to Della, and there's a Grace Hall, 20, Nebraska -

In 1914 Earnest R. Hall had unclaimed mail at the Wray post office.

Ernest Ross Hall registered in Fort Scott, Kansas, saying he was born April 15, 1885 and was a machinist helper on the Frisco Railroad, married to Della.

In 1920 Fort Scott "Ross" is with his parents W.L. and "Lee W.", still a machinist on the railroad.

In 1930 Fort Scott "Ross" 45, a painter, said he was married, but no spouse and is living with his parents,  Maybe he's married to the Della Hall in the Osawatomie State Hospital, 43, born in Missouri.

There's a Ross Hall in Evergreen Cemetery, Fort Scott - 1885-1939 Lot 3 Section 14.

Also in Evergreen are William Lewis Hall (known as "Lewis") was the son of Alex E. and Sarah Ann (Rowe) Hall. His wife was Lizzie Lee Wolgamott. 
 

Emma Hall cash-claimed a quarter in 9, 5N 43W in 1891, a homestead quarter in 1899 and a Timber quarter in 1904.

Emma Hall was buried in Holyoke in 1893

In 1900 the "heirs of Emma Hall) were delinquent on taxes for the land in section 9.

Theo E. Hall claimed a Timber quarter in 1903 in 15, 5N 43W.

He might the the uncle of "Ross" - Theodore Edward Hall was born March 31, 1868 in Schuyler County, Missouri,

In Schuyler County, Missouri in 1870 and Scotland County in 1880,  and died Jan 6, 1949 in Fort Scott, Kansas, buried in the Bronson Cemetery, Bourbon County.

Theodore "Edward" Hall was the son of Alex E. and Sarah Ann (Rowe) Hall. He was the husband of Margaret Ann Walker and Elsie Mae Anderson, and a lady named Nora. "

In the same area of Yuma County are James and Lucinda Shaw.  Lucinda was a cousin of Sarah Ann (Rowe) Hall.

Alex Endimyon Hall was the son of A. Endimyon Hall and Sarah Hale. He was a farmer and married Sarah Ann Rowe 21 Feb 1858 in Scotland Co. Missouri. H died Aug 13, 1920 in Chase County, and is buried in Greenlawn Cemetery there.

A few miles northeast, George O. Hall claimed a quarter in 7, 6N 42W in 1913, and further north, George A. Hall had claimed a quarter in 29, 7N 4W in 1899.  But they're not close relatives of Theo and Earnest.
