Emma Aldrich was likely the daughter of Elias Aldrich and Emily Cramby.In 1880 Union County, Iowa, Wm. Epperson is 38, Emma A. 33, George 13, and Grace H. 11.

In 1860 Bureau County, Illinois, Elias is 37, Emily 38, John q15, Matilda F. 14, Emma A. 13, and Henry 7.
Elias and Emily, on separate pagees, are divorced in 1880 Bureau County. He's widowed in 1900 Bureau County, born February 1823 in Rhode Island. FindaGrave 100138406 has Elias buried in Princeton, Bureau County.

In 1880 Merrick County, Nebraska, John Aldrich 34, and Ann M. 24, have Elias 2. His brother Henry 27, is farming with him.

John died in 1882, per one tree, leaving three children.

Harry Charles Aldrich 1853-1930 is buried in Nance County, Nebraska # 56364356.


Abigail (Heaton) Epperson died December 14, 1886. buried in Union County.

In 1885, William H. is 42, born in Illinois, Emaline 38 Rhode Island, George 18 Illinois. Next household is J.H. Epperson 34 Ilinois, with Jane 30 and Elmer 3, both born in Union County.

In 1900 Union County, W.H. was farming, born May 1842 in Illinois, with Emma December 1846 Rhode Isaland. She's had two kids, both living.

March 7, 1912 "Mr. and Mrs. J. N. (probably Isaac Newton) Epperson of Afton, Iowa, stopped off in Wray over Sunday night for a short visit with the former's brother, W. H. Epperson, and family. They were on their way to southern California on a business and pleasure trip."

August 21, 1912 "Mr. and Mrs. Will Epperson of West Wray left yesterday morning for a visit with their son, George, and family of Jerome, Idaho. The George Epperson family are well known to our peoplo having made their home here until their removal to Idaho about four years ago."

October 24, 1912 " Mr. Sealey and little grandson from Indianapolis, Indiana, arrived in Wray the latter part of last week for a visit with Mrs. Sealey's brother, W. H. Epperson, of the west part of town."

May 13, 1915 "Mr. Epperson of Afton, Iowa arrived in Wray last Saturday, to help care for his brother, W. H. Epperson."
"George Epperson arrived in Wray from Montana last Sunday evening, called to the bedside of his father, who is very ill."

Grace Epperson, daughter of Wm. Epperson and E.A. Aldrich, married Daniel Whyte, son of A. Whyte and S. Penn, on January 1, 1885 in Afton, Iowa.

George, age 22, married Hulda Armstrong on September 30, 1888 in Union County, Iowa.

Hazel- daughter of George and Huldah Epperson 1897-1898 is buried in Afton, Iowa # 16514458.

December 24, 1898 "Geo. Epperson and family are recent arrivals from Union County, Iowa, to make their home in this land of sunshine. Mrs. Epperson is a daughter of Uncle Frank Armstrong, on whose place they will resiae."

Hulda 1868-1900 is buried in Wray, # 81397934.

In 1900 Yuma County, Laird precinct, George Epperson is farming, widowed, born October 1866 in Illinois, with Earl D. Nov 1890, Oscar A. June 1892, and Ivan G. January 1895, all three born in Iowa.

July 18, 1900 "B. H. Epperson, a cousin of our George Epperson, brought in a steam threshing outfit from Union county, Ia., this week, and is now at work."

November 25, 1904 "Lenos Galbreath last Friday closed the deal whereby he disposed of his residence property in West Wray to George Epperson south of town. Mr. Epperson expects to move to the city in the near future."

George married Maude Moody on April 18, 1906, recorded in Yuma County.
Maud Moody is in Webster County, Nebraska, in 1885, age 4, with Edward 30 and Sarah 28 Moody. James is 6, Mary J. 5, and Francis two months old. On the same page are Wm. Moody and Mary, both 55, Bernie 17a nd Sidney 19.


She was in Webster County, Nebraska in 1900, born April 1881. Edwin 46 and Sarah 44 were born in Great Britain, married 23 years. James is 21, Mary J. 17, Frances 14, Grover 12, Rose E. 9, Albert E. 5, and Arthur 2. Edwin's father William Moody 68 widowed is with them.
There's a William Moody in Nuckolls County in 1900, 72, born in England, living with daughter Rose 22 and her husband Frank Potter 25. They moved back to Indaian, where this William Moody is buried.

February 24, 1905 Wray "Mr. and Mrs. Harry Wilson, south of town, are the proud parents of a baby girl that came to their home last Saturday evening."

Mary Jane Wilson is in Yuma County in 1910, 27, married six years to Harry 28. Maude is 5 and Hazel two months old.

Mary Jane Wilson 1883-1956 is buried in Jerome Idaho # 79210356 - this is likely a sister of Maude.
Harry J. Wilson 1881-1968 is buried in Jerome, # 7921054.
Maudie Wilson is with parents in 1940 Jerome County. She was born Feb 18, 1905 at Wray, dying January 1981 as Maude Vinyard.
She's buried in Jerome # 79210159.

Edwin died in 1904, buried in Nuckolls County, # 35477967.

April 20, 1906 "Last Wednesday afternoon at the home of Mr. and Mrs. J. S. Hendrie in the west part of the city, occurred the marriage of Mr. George Epperson and Miss Maude Moody, Judge Hendrie officiating. The Gazette extends congratulations."

April 12, 1907 "Geo. Epperson, who went down to St. Joe with a car of cattle, returned home Wednesday."

In 1910 Lincoln County, Idaho, George is farming, 42, with Maude 29 born in Nebraska. Cleora M. is one month old, born in Colorado. Earl is 19, Ivan 14.

EARLE

March 13, 1913

July 10, 1913 "Mr. and Mrs. Earle Epperson came in Thursday and remained ovor with the former's grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Epperson of West Wray. They left Saturday for their homestead beyond Idalia."

November 6, 1913

January 1, 1914 "A girl baby was born to Mrs. Ina Epperson Sunday evening. Mrs. Epperson is at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Good. It will be remembered that Mr. Epperson was taken ill and died in Denver on October 29."

April 20, 1916 "Mrs. Emma Epperson and her grand daughter-in-law, Mrs. Ina Epperson, and baby daughter left Saturday morning for Jerome, Idaho, where they go to spend the summer with the former's son, George Epperson, and family."

Fred and Ina are in Scott County, Kansas in 1925, with Emma 11, Clarence 7, Fredrick 4, and Arthur W. seven months.

In 1940 Weld County, farming, Fred is 54, Ina 49, Clarence 22, Fredrick 20, and Arthur 15.
Ina E. Tuck 1890-1971 # 170543339 is buried in Greeley, with Fred 1885-1965.

Emma Epperson married Miles V. Yale in Greeley in 1931. In 1940 they're in Routt County, Miles 30, Emma 26, Charlotte 7, and Shirley A. 6.

Emma D. Epperson/Leslie/Jacobs, born December 28, 1913, died May 21q, 2007.

She's buried in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, with Kenneth Y. Jacobs 1909-2004.

Clarence E. Tuck 1918-1944 is buried in Greeley # 65311067.
April 8, 1944 "Clarence E. Tuck, husband of Mrs. Edith Tuck, father of Karen Tuck, son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Tuck, brother of Fred Tuck and Signal man Arthur Tuck both in the navy in the Pacific, and Mrs. Emma Yale of Englewood. Funeral service from the First Methodist Church Monday 2:00 p.m. Interment Linn Grove. "
