November 3, 1905 Yuma "The Yuma Hotel changed hands this week,
T. W. Plumb from Eastonville, Colorado succeeding Preston Stephens in the management. Mr. Plumb is a man of good business ability, and will
cater to the trade in a way that will win him success and prosperity in
the hotel business in our little city."
December 1, 1905 Yuma - the M. W. A. Ball was held in the Schramm Hall, a grand success and was highly enjoyed by all who participated. About 35 numbers were sold. The music and the management were the best to be had, and everything passed off in the finest kind of style.
A bountiful supper was served by
Mr. and Mrs. Plumb of the Yuma Hotel,
and five big juicy turkeys helped to satisfy
the longings of the inner man. Everybody present reported a fine time and plenty to eat.
Mrs. Plumb of the Yuma Hotel visited with her
sister-in-law, Mrs. Evans in the counrtry last Sunday.
April 1907 "T.W. Plumb and family have moved out to the Greenstreet wheat farm where he will have charge as foreman."

another large shipment of Durum wheat Thursday."
June 7, 1907 "Mr. and Mrs. T.W. Plumb
left Thursday for Denver where they will place
their little daughter, Margaret,
in a hospital for treatment."
