extensive cattle sheds and corrals and will stock his ranch with

May 1909 "There will be a dance at the Fred Evans home
Wednesday evening, May 10, given by the base ball fans of our
neighborhood. Turn out and give the boys a boost.
The boys organized a base ball team Sunday. They haven't a name as
yet, but we have dubbed them the North Yuma Sluggers. They are ready
to meet all comers."
