In 1929, when Hannah (Peterson) Nielson died, "
Besides her immediate family she leaves two brothers, Peter Nordholm of Haxtun and August Peterson of Waterville, Kansas, also 17 grandchildren and a host of friends."
Also in 1895, Johan Peterson proved up a quarter in section 7.
In 1900 Marshall County, Kansas, August born August 1870 in Sweden, married ten years to Mary C. August 1872 Kansas,
have Henry L. Feb 1892 and Ollie A. Sept 1894, both born in Colorado.
Andrew Peterson, 27, of Yuma Colorado, son of Peter and Annie Neilson,
and Jennie Holm of Marshall County, Kansas, daughter of N. A. Holm and Johanna Johnson, married there on February 19, 1900.

In 1900 Marshall County, Augusta Holm is widowed, born April 1848 in Sweden, John C. Nov 1875, Ella A. June 1882, Esther June 1885, Frank P. Nov 1887, and Otto A. Apirl 1892.
In 1900 Yuma County, next to Peter Nordholm, Andrew Peterson
born April 1872 in Sweden, married to Jennie July 1875 Kansas.
May 1901 Yuma "Mr. Holm, father of Mrs. Andrew Peterson,
and August Peterson of Kansas arrived in Yuma Thursday morning.
Mrs. Andrew Peterson is not expected to live and was their wish to see
the daughter and sister before departing this world."
FindaGrave # 196044720 says "Little is known about Jennie. She was the daughter of Nels and J Augusta Holm, born about 1877-78. She was shown as Jennie Holm in the 1885 KS census with her parents. In February of 1900 she obtained a marriage license to wed Andrew Peterson in Kansas. She is mentioned in her mother's obituary in 1915 as Mrs. Andrew Peterson. It appears she and Peterson may have moved to Colorado.
Apparently Peterson died and by 1921 in her father's obituary, she is mentioned as Mrs. J. T. Brett living in San Diego. City directories show she was living there with John T. Brett, an Irish immigrant. Jennie appears to have died in 1926 in San Diego. She had no known children.

Nordholm ranch 24 miles northeast of Yuma, Wednesday, August 10.
Milch cows, stock cows and calves, Hereford bull, hogs and chickens,
wagon and harness, household goods and numerous other goods will be sold."
In 1910 Waterville, Marshall County, Kansas, August is farming, 43, born in Sweden, with Mary 37 born in Kansas.
Henry 18 and Ollie 14 were born in Colorado, Alice 12, Annie 9,
and Olga 5 in Kansas.
In 1920 Waterville, August 53 and Mary C. 46
are operating a boarding house, with Henry L. 27,
Olive E. 24, Alma W. 21, Annie W. 19, and Olga A. 15.br>
In 1938, when his brother Peter Nordholm born at Kristshamstads Lan, Sweden, on September 23, 1859, died, his brother
August Peterson was living at Waterville, Kansas.
August 1866-1940 is buried in Waterville # 135338309,
with Mary C. (Johnson) Peterson 1872-1934 # 135338279.
OLIVE
Olive married Leland Farmer in Denver in May 1920
On June 7, 1932, Olive arrived on the Pan Bolivar from Aruba to New York. She was born September 27, 1896 in Yuma Colorado.
Leland, a petroleum engineer, is divorced in 1940
Hidalgo County Texas, living with friend Marie Parker 43, Harry M. Parker 16, and EUgene D. Parker 12.
Olive 1895-1968 is buried in Glendale, Arizona # 124655985.
Leland, born May 7, 1892, died September 16, 1968, buried in Nederland, Colorado # 37755915.
ANNIE
In 1920 Washington County, Kansas, Alvin Nelson is 33, Ann 29, Nadine 4, and Mary 2.
In 1940 Washington County, Alvin is 43, Anne M. 39, Nadine Louise 14, Mary Joan 13, Olive Jennet 10, Chas Walter 6, and Vicie Ann 4.
Anne Marie Nelson, born Dec 10, 1901 in Kansas,
died June 11, 1980 in San Bernardino County, California. She's buried ther # 155642224.
OLGA
Olga Augusta Aulow, born Oct 30, 1904, died January 23, 1997.
In 1962 Glendale, California, John T. Aulow and Olga live at 3811 Stata Carlotta, Glendale, California.
John 1898-1963 is buried in Glendale, California # 16310518, with Olga 1904-1997 in Glendale Arizona # 196021021

Alma Peterson 46, of Jasper, Missouri, married G.S> Johnston 54 in Benton County, Arkansas on January 7, 1949.
