John F. and Ella (Hart) Wagner

Ella Hart is a dressmaker in 1900 Saunders County, Nebraska, born July 18979 in Nebraska, with Sam M. Hart and Emmma , both born in Ohio.
Emma (Jolly) Hart 1854-1951 is buried in Bartley,
Red Willow County # 13336531,
with Samuel Miller Hart 1845-1935 # 13336546.
In 1910 Red Willow County, Nebraska, John is farming, 29 , with Ella 30, Edith L. 7, Roland F. 6, Huber V. 4, Mildred 3, and Eunice six months - all bonr in Nebraska.
John F. Wagner proved up 320 acres in section 10 and 11, 2N 43W in 1919.
June 1916 "Mrs. Stevens arrived last Saturday from
her home in Hartley, Nebraska, and will visit a short
time with her sister Mrs. John Wagner."
John Franklin Wagner 1881-1938 is buried in Wray # 81489433,
with Ella Inez (Hart) Wagner 1879-1922.
"Mrs. Ella Inez Wagner, wife of John F. Wagner,
died at her home seven miles north of Laird last Friday,
January 13, at the age of 42 years, 5 months and 22 days.
Mrs. Wagner was born at Meade [Mead], Nebraska,
July 21, 1879.
Funeral services were held on Sunday January 15 at the
Laird church, and burial took place in Grandview Cemetery
near Wray. The funeral services were conducted by
B. F. Stallings of this city. Mrs. Wagner is survived by
a father, mother, six brothers, four sisters, a husband,
and eight children. Many less-near relatives and
friends will also be grieved to learn of her death.

August 2, 1923 "Word has reached this neighborhood
of the birth of a daughter to Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Dimmick
of Fort Morgan on July 8th. Mrs. Dimmick expects to visit here
soon at the home of her father, John Wagner."
John then married Lulu Emma Hart Wagner 1890-1975.
Hazel M. Wagner was living in Wray in 1930, 16, with John F. 49 and
Lulu E. 39. Roscoe O. is 18, Hazel 16, Jessie M. 13, and C. Duane 2.
Homer J. Noffsinger is in Brush, Colorado in 1940, a filling station attendant, with Hazel 26./ Dean 7, Jimmie K. 6, and Eunice 4. Sister Lula Noffsinger, 29 is a cafe cook.
In 1951 "Mrs. Lilly Wagner, Mrs. Homer Noffsinger and Mrs Ward Wilson and son of Brush;" attended the funeral of Guy O. Williams in Haxtun.
When his mother died in 1952, Homer was living at Brush, Colorado.
"Homer J. Noffsinger, 96, of Brush died Thursday, January 10, 2002 at the Eben Ezer Lutheran Care Center in Brush.
Noffsinger was born Oct. 31, 1905, in Wray to James and Lillie Noffsinger . He married Hazel Wagner on Dec. 28, 1931, in Wray . In 1936, the Noffsinger family moved to Brush where he owned and operated the Brush One-Stop Service Station. In 1947, he opened the Noffsinger Motor Sales in Brush. When the Desoto cars stopped being manufactured in 1959, he closed the Brush dealership and moved to Pasadena, Calif., where he worked at the Nazarene College.
In 1962, the Noffsingers moved to Greeley where he owned and operated Noffsinger Used Car Motors. Later they moved to Fort Collins where he worked for Continental Investors. The Noffsingers moved back to Brush in 1995.
He was very active in the Church of the Nazarene, was a former member of the Brush City Council, the Lions Club and various automotive industry associations.
Survivors include his wife of 70 years, Hazel of Brush; one daughter, Eunice Needens of Brush; two sons, Dean of Austin, Texas, and Jim of Olathe, Kan.; 11 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Eleven brothers and sisters and his parents preceded him in death.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Brush Church of the Nazarene, 500 Cameron St. Interment will follow in the Brush Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be at the Heer Mortuary Chapel on Sunday 3-5 p.m., Monday 9-5 p.m. and Tuesday 9-11 a.m. Friends who wish may make memorial gifts to the Brush Church of the Nazarene or to the Eben Ezer Lutheran Care Center, 122 Hospital Road, Brush, 80723.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Heer & Jolliffe Mortuary of Brush.

"Eunice E. Needens, 75, longtime Brush resident, passed away Tuesday, February 8, 2011, at the East Morgan County Hospital in Brush following a lengthy illness. She was born November 8, 1935 in Wray, Colorado to Homer & Hazel Noffsinger.
Eunice graduated from Brush High School in 1953. She attended Bethany Nazarene College in Bethany, OK. On November 6, 1955, Eunice married LeeRoy Needens in Brush. She was a member of the Immanuel Congregational Church.
While in high school, Eunice worked at Eben Ezer Lutheran Care Center. Following high school, she worked as a telephone operator for Mountain Bell, a sales clerk at Coast-to-Coast Hardware Store, was a bookkeeper at Farmers State Bank in Brush; and worked as a secretary at Thomson School, Brush Middle School and Brush High School. She retired in 2000.
Eunice was very involved with her family and their sports lives. She was the #1 fan for LeeRoy during his basketball coaching tenure. She enjoyed watching her sons and grandchildren play sports. She enjoyed traveling and going to casinos.
Survivors include her husband, LeeRoy of Brush; 4 sons, Randal and his wife, Dawna, of Eaton, CO; Craig, Steven and his wife, Melanie, and Kevin, and his wife, Amy, all of Brush; 2 brothers, Dean Noffsinger of Bellevue, CO, and Jim Noffsinger of Louisville, KY; and 9 grandchildren, Jordan, Brock, Thalia, Doug, Lyndsey, Bryce, Amanda, Brady, and Colby. She was preceded in death by her parents."
