There's a Charles Parke in 1900 Cloud County, Kansas, born May 1885 in Iowa,
with Francis Parke 47 born in Indiana and Elizabeth 45 in New Jersey. Daisey 21, Dillie 19, Callie 18, Charles 15, and Melvin 10 were all born in Iowa.
Charles was in the school class of 1901 of District # 77, Heber, scoring the highest for that class.
Elizabeth 1855-1949 is buried in Cloud County # 77195317. On the same stone is Francis Park 1853-1940 # 77195352.
Daisy's delayed birth certificate said that she was born April 11, 8178 near Irving, Tama County, Iowa to Francis Park born in Park County Indiana and Eliabeth Collins of New Jersey.
In 1904 Concordia, Kansas, among the guests at the wedding of Gertrude Strain and Charles F. Hoffman was "Charles Parks, of Concordia"
Also in 1904, Charles was appointed a rural letter carrier
Charles is farming in 1910 Yuma County, 24, born in Iowa, with Pearl M. 24 born in Kansas, married one year. Paul J. is six months old.
One tree said she was Pearl Minton.
August 29, 1912 "Charles F. Park was in the county seat Monday and made final three year proof on his homestead north of Laird."
Charles proved up 320 acres in section 7, 2N 42W and section 12, 2N 43W in 1916.
April 5, 1916 Concordia, Kansas "Mr. Frank Park and wife and their son Charlie and family of Miltonvale drove out to their son Melvin's Sunday afternoon. "
In 1920 they're in Cloud County, Kansas, where Charles is managing an elevator.
September 1920 
1922 Concordia "Mrs. Charles Park of Miltonvale called at the home of her sister, Mrs. 1'erle McCain, last Friday. "
In 1925 Miltonvale, Cloud County, C.F. and Pearl are 38, Paul 15.
In 1930 Charles is managing a grain house in Norton, Kansas, 43,
with Pearl 43. Paul is still with them, working for a fruit seller, 20, married to Dorothy, 23 born in Kansas.
One tree said she was Dorothy May Grigsby Parks Randel, 1906-1995 buried in Nemaha County, Kansas # 30554135
In 1940 Liberal, Kansas, Charles, 60, is proprietor of a cafe and beer parlor, with Pearl, 60.
Paul is also in Liberal in 1940, now married to Velma S. Park, 28, born in Kansas.
Charles 1885-1961 is buried in Liberal # 10329806,
with Pearl M. Park 1886-1962 # 10329802.
Velma S. Park 1911-1965 is buried in Liberal # 10329793, with Paul J. Park 1909-1978 # 10329799, "CSKD U.S. Navy, World War II"
Charles' sister Daisy Edna married Ira K.Bushong.
Ira K. Bushong proved up two quarters in section 35, 3N 43W in 1916.
That would be about two miles northwest of Charles Park's claim.

Charles' sister Callie married Orley Elliot, living in Nebraska, buried in Boulder Colorado 1882-1964 # 114013314.
