In 1900 St. Clair County, Missouri, James W. Noffsinger is 36, Lillie M. Noffsinger 35 Wife, Maud M. Noffsinger 10 Daughter, William D. Noffsinger 10 Son, Charles B. Noffsinger 9 Son, Mary S. Noffsinger 7 Daughter, Clara R. Noffsinger 5 Daughter, Willis R. Noffsinger 2 Son, Tona E. Noffsinger 1 Son, Martha Noffsinger 2/12 Daughter, James M. Boswell 25 Boarder, Louiza Boswell 24 Wife, and Thomas Boswell 23 Boarder.

August 1906 Wray "R. H. Price and J. W. Noffsinger were down from up the river yesterday, taking a rainy day vacation in town."

"Mattie W. Noffsinger was born March 24, 1900, at Collins, Mo., and departed this life April 12, 1923, at the age of 23 years and 19 days. She came to Wray, Colo., with her parents in 1903. She was united in marriage to Jack P. Rice on May 8, 1319. To this union was born one son, Jack, Jr. Mrs. Rice had been a patient sufferer for many months, and when the end came she expressed a desire to go and be with her Savior.
She leaves to mourn her departure her devoted husband and son, her father and mother, six sisters and five brothers: Mrs. Prank Donovan of Harrisburg, Oregon ; Mrs. John Birely of Grand Junction, Colo.; Mrs. Willard Temple of Summerville, Mo.; Mrs. Howard Funk, Hazel and Lula Noffsinger, of Wray; Ray, Tony, Homer, Orville and Charlie Noffsinger, all of Wray, all being present but Mrs. Frank Donovan. She also leaves a host of sympathizing friends.
The funeral services were held Sunday at the Christian church , condected by Rev. T. C. Etherton."

FRANK AND MAUDIE

In 1910 Spokane County, Washington, Frank C. Donovan is 19, Maud 21.
They are also on the Yuma County 1910 census.

Frank Charles Donovan registered for WWI in Vernon, a farm hand for Dave Donovan. He was married with three children, born May 2, 1890 at Lincoln, Nebraska.

November 14, 1929 "Maudie May Noffsinger was born Oct. 30, 1888 at Skidmore, Nodaway County Mo., and passed away at her home near Shelburn, Ore., Saturday, October 26, 1929. Age 40 years, 11 months, and 27 days. She came to Wray, Colo., with her parents in the spring of 1903. She was married to Frank Donovan, Dec. 4th, 1909 and to this union were born four children, two boys and two girls, Bernice Donovan Newman, Roydal, Floyd and Erma all of near Shelburn. Ore. She leaves to mourn her departure her husband and children,. Mother. Mrs. J. W. Noffsinger and five sisters and five brothers, Mrs. John Birelcy of Grand Junction, Colo. Mrs. Willard Temple. Romah, Colo., Mrs. Howard Funk, Mrs. Claty Nunn and Miss Lula Noffsinger of Wray; Orville, Charlie, Ray, Tony, and Horn- of Wray, besldes a host Of relatives and friends."

March 1931 Wray "Mr. and Mrs. Frank Donovan left week for York, Neb., where they visit relatives."
