PERL L. BALDERSON RITES WED. DEC. 31 

Funeral services were held Wednesday, December 31, 1969 from the United Methodist Church for Perl L. Balderson, 82, who passed away at Haxtun Community Hospital on Sunday, December 28, 1969 following a long illness. 

Rev. William Youngblood, minister of the church officiated at the service. Interment was in Holyoke Memorial Park. 

Perl LeRoy Balderson, son of James E. and Rebecca L. Johnson Balderson, was born in Cortland, Nebraska, December 15, 1887. 

On April 13, 1912 he was married to Lulu Almedia Fryrear in Lincoln, Nebraska. To this union were born twin sons and one daughter. The family has lived in the Amherst and Holyoke area since 1918. 

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Fred of Holyoke. 

He is survived by his wife, two sons, William Glen Balderson, Ogallala, Nebraska, James Len Balderson, Amherst, a daughter Mrs. Dorothy Darlene Kramer, Ogallala, Nebraska, a brother, Benson Balderson, Beatrice, Nebraska, seven grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
