I can't help you with your vacation planning or other Mesa County requests. I live in Florida, and am not able to visit the local Mesa County resources.
Most government documents require payment to get a copy, although some will let you look at the records for free.
If they allow me to look for free I can write the information down, but if you want a actual copy you will have to contact the department to do so. I have listed all resources that I know of at this site. If you know of something else, I would be glad to hear about it.
