Elzina Nation, sister of David Campbell who married the infamous, Carrie Nation.
(there were two David Nation's - the Kansas one who married Carrie, and the
David who was in Illinois). David and Elzina traveled by covered wagon to Colorado sometime after the civil
war and settled in Haxtun where he died in 1839. (sic). Searching
for info on David H. Campbell born january 22, 1839, Died July 4, 1916 in Haxtun
Colorado, married to Elzina Nation. He served in the civil war.
