That must be Roy and Earl's father, Thomas J. Manogue.

Her parents, per one tree, were Oscar Soloman Partain 1871-1912,
marrying Lena Bell Sheats 1876-1958 in Comanche, Texas on April 3, 1893.

Partian were married in the clerk’s office at
the court house Saturday night at ten o’clock. Dr. Krueger
officiated. Two obliging deputy clerks, G. A. Cassel,
and Aylmer Reeves, who had been routed out to issue the license,
acted as witnesses. The couple live near Colona. "

November 4, 1915 " We were made sad from a report from a
man just from Ute, to learn that Mrs. Bell Partain was more
seriously hurt than we first anticipated, that she has not
left her bed and probably it will be some time before she can
be up. However, her daughter is with her, which will insure
the very best of care."

"Mrs. Essie L. Hill, 81, a Montrose area resident for 40 years, died Saturday at San Antonio, her home for 12 years. She was the widow of Charles C. Hill who died in 1961. She was born Jan. 16, 1894, at Dublin, and spent her early life thae. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Evelyn Johnson of San Antonio; a son, James A. Hill of Logan, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren."
August 24, 1955 "Emory Partain, 59, of Amarillo, Texas, died about noon
Tuesday in Delta Memorial Hospital here, where he had been a patient since Saturday.
Funeral services will not be held at Delta. The Lamar-Roberta Funeral Home will ship Mr. Partain's
body to Amarillo for burial.
Mr. Partain was born Dec. 25, 1895, at Carlton, Texas. He was a retired railroader and a
veteran of World War I. At the time he was taken ill, Mr. Partain waa visiting two sisters,
Mrs. Eula Jardon of Cedaredge and Mrs. Essie Hill of Delta. Surviving him, besides the two sisters,
are a son, Partain of Amarillo, and a daughter, Mrs. Betty Jean Smith of Amarillo."
Belle was in Moffat County in 1930, married to Aaron Walters, with Joe, 10. In 1940 they're in Cuyahoga County, Ohio (in Prowers County, Colorado in 1935.)
They're in Cedaredge, Colorado in 1950.

Walters, 82, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Cedaredge Community
Church, with the Rev. W. L. Strong officiating.
Burial will be in Cedaredge Cemetery, under direction of the
Roberts Funeral Home of Delta.
Mr. Walters, a Western Slope pioneer, was instrumental in the
development of early-day roads and also was engaged in freighting
supplies and ores to and from construction projects and mines.
With horse-drawn equipment, he worked in the construction of
roads at Keystone Hill near Telluride, Dallas Divide, in the
White River area, and other areas. When road machinery came into
use, he shifted to the more modern equipment. During the
construction of the Gunnison tunnel east of Montrose,
Mr. Walters transported supplies to crews in summer and winter.
Except for a period during the depression years, when he was
engaged in construction work in Ohio, he spent almost all of his
life in western Colorado.
Born Nov. 12, 1882, at Nevada, he came to Montrose at the
age of three with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Aaron Walters.
He died at 3 p.m. Saturday at his home. His first wife,
the former Belle Partain, whom he married at Telluride in June,
1918, died Sept. 7, 1958. He married his present wife,
the former Mrs. Agnes Butler, at Grand Junction on
Feb. 19, 1962.
Surviving, besides his wife, are a son, Joe B. Walters
of Grass Valley, a sister, Mrs. John (Garnet) Maxwell of Delta;
a nephew, Darrell Walters of Grand Junction;
a niece, Mrs. Leamel Comparette of Long Beach,
and a granddaughter. "
