May 1917 "Noel Keim and wife arrived yesterday from Denver and leave today for their ranch in the Fleming district. Mr. and Mrs. Keim were but recently married."

September 1908 " W. G. Keim of Boulder, the genial tomb stone man, spent last Friday and Saturday in Sterling, going on to Lincoln, Nebraska. Years ago when it was cheap, he and another lucky man acquired title to a large lot of land near Haxtun, and they still own about ten sections, hence W. G. doesn't care whether he sells tombstones or not. "

March 1918 " W. G. Keim of Denver, owner of a large tract of land near Haxtun, was in Sterling Friday caring for his interests. He now has 3,000 acres of wheat planted and the chances are good for a great crop."

June 1921 Longmont "Dr. and Mrs. R. B. Powell of Denver and Mr. and Mrs. Noel Kime of Sterling spent Sunday in the home of W. C. Hogan. Mrs. Powell is Mr. Hogan's sister."

Sterling, November 1922 "Harry McAndrews, of Denver was convicted for the second time in district court at Denver on Wednesday afternoon, on a charge of second degree murder in connection with the death o! Wallace Keim. The late Mr. Keim was the owner of large land Interests In this county and was known to a large number of people here The jury returned its verdict Wednesday after having been out o? the room only twenty-six minute*. The cose had been appealed to the supreme court afte r the first jury had returned a verdict of guilty, and a new trial was granted for technical reasons. Mr. Keim, who was riding with his sou. is Raid to have seen McAndrew*’ car collide with another machine and to have offered hie service! as a witness against McAndrew*. McAndrew* is said then to have struck Mr. Keim. who later died of a fractured skull. The incident occurred nearly two years ago."

July 1923 "Noel Keim arrived in Sterling this morning from a visit of two weeks spent in South Park and Evergreen. He was accompanied by Mrs. Keim and daughter Jean. They are visiting at the home of Mrs. Keim's mother in Denver. Mr. Keim left for his home in Haxtun today. "


March 1924 "Don Keim, younger brother of Noel Keim of Sterling, defeated Inman in a wrestling match at the Uttivereity of Colorado Saturday night for the state collegiate championship. Through his achievement Mr. Keim is now eligible to participate in the Rocky Mountain conferemce wrestling and boxing tournament in Utah, in which contestants from Montana university, University of Utah, Utah Agricultural college, and Brigham Young will contest for laurels.
Should Don Keim win the all-Rocky Mountain conference heavyweight wrestling championship, he will leave for Chicago to take pert in the national collegiate meet.
Mr. Keim attended the Logan county high school in l916, and he is especially well known in Logan county athletics. His brother Noel of this city is an athlete of some renown, and his brother Thermond of Denver won the middle weight in D. A C. boxing toarnamont in Denver several years ago. The Keim family is very athletically inclined. as it were."

April 1924 Sterling

May 1924 " Dr. Ann Powell, who has been visiting at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Noel P. Keim, will return to her home in Denver this evening."

September 1924 " Mr. and Mrs. Noel P. Keim announce the birth of a son Sunday morning at St. Anthony's hospital in Denver. "

October 1960 " Mrs. Wallace G. (Minnie) Keim, 92, mother of Dr. Marie Faus of Honolulu, died early Sunday in a Denver, Colo., hospital. Mrs. Keim had visited Hawaii many many times. She was born Dec. 24, 1867, in Auburn, I11. Funeral services will be held In Denver. Survivors in addition to Dr. Faus include three sons, Shurman, Noel and Donald Keim, all on the Mainland, and 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren."
