1910 "Velman T. RIce, a rising young teacher, will have charge of the Flagler schools this year."

"Just being announced in Utah is the marriage of Miss Donna Jane Glidewell, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. S. Glidewell of Winslow, Ariz., and Glen V. Rice, son of Mayor and Mrs. V. T. Rice of Bountiful. The First Methodist Church in Winslow was the setting of the beautiful double-ring ceremony, performed in candlelight July 15. "
The bride was graduated from Wasatch Academy at Mt. Pleasant, and continued her education at Colorado Women's College in Denver. The bridegroom also was graduated from Wasatch Academy, later attending the University of Utah. He is at present with the Navy at the Naval Air Station, Whidbey Island, Wash. Following a honeymoon in the Arizona canyons and California, the couple will make a home near Seattle, Wash. "
They divorced in King County, Washington in February 1970.
Glen married Diane M. Courounes on May 18, 1976 in King County.
