In 1880 James and Alma are in Burt County,
Nebraska, with "Cashus" 19, Caroline 18, Capitola 16,
Valera 11,Etheland 9, and
Roy5, both of whom lived in Kit Carson County.
In 1885, James D. is 54, Alma 51, Albertin 26, "Jessius" M. 24, Caroline 23, Valeria 16, Ethel 14, and Roy 10.
Caroline Iris (Bryant) Robinson 1862-1951 is buried in Humboldt County, Nevada # 25745076, with William Harrison Robison 1865-1937.
Valera I. Thompson was in Burt County in 1910, 41, with William Thompaon 62 and Harrison M. 21.

Roy Albert Bryant 1874-1965 is buried in

Ethel Bertine (Bryant) Saxton 1870-1945 is buried

Capitola Bryant, 18, married John Robinson on
Feb 19, 1884 in Blair, Nebraska, and they're in
Burt County in all the census through 1940.
In 1940 they're in Tekamah, John 77 and "Bernice" 75.
Bernice, 88, died in May 1952,
Minnie French was in Burt County, Nebraska in 1880, 14,
born in Michigan. Albert French is 53, Amanda 45, Floyd 23, Lenor 21, and Minnie 14.
Albert is buried in Tekamah 1826-1898 # 54173632.
Amanda, 1840-1900 is buried at Decatur, Nebraska # 166952483.

Springdale, Arkansas, November 30, 1900 "L.M. Pillsbury was in to see us last week and informed us of the death of Mrs. Amanda French, Mrs. Pillsbury's mother. Mrs. French left here about three weeks ago for her home at Tekamah, Neb. after a visit of some weeks with the family of Mrs. Pillsbury. While laying over at Omaha she stopped over night at a hotel and was found in her room next morning suffocated with escaping gas. She was not dead when found but did not revive and died soon after, Deceased was 60 years old. She was intelligent and experienced and the accident is hard to account for."

On the same page is widowed Amanda French born July 1834 in New York.
James Bryant 69, Alma 65, Ethel 35, and Roy 25 are on the page.
So are S. A. Bryant 39 born in Illinois, his wife Maria 24 and son Francis E. 4.
March 1900 Tekamah, Nebraska "Cash BRYANT has the job of lathing and plastering the new school house in district No. 5. Cash is a good workman and guarantees his work. "
In 1910 Flagler precinct, Caslius M. Bryant is a brick mason,
48, born in Illinois, married 24 years to Minnie L. 44 born in Michigan. She's had four kids, two living. William G. and Hazel B. 19 were both born in Nebraska.
Cash claimed a quarter in section 30, 8S 50W in 1912.
In 1920 Burt County, Nebraska, Cash is 58, Minnie 51.
Minnie and Cash are still in Burt County in 1930 and 1940.
One tree said Cash died in Omaha December 2, 1946.
WILLIAM
William Glenn Bryant 1889-1961 is buried in Yuba County, California # 108078546, with Arvilla Mae (Eckley) Bryant 1898-1978.
"Darrell G. Bryant, 71, a retired carpenter, died Sept. 13, 1988 at Elmendorf Air Force Base Hospital. A private family service was held at Fort Richardson National Cemetery.
Mr. Bryant was born Jan. 8, 1917, in Tekamah, Neb., and served in the U.S. Army and Navy during World War II. He had lived in Alaska since 1965, and worked as a selfemployed carpenter until his retirement. He was a member of the Elks Lodge No. 2682 in Eagle River, Moose Lodge No. 1534 of Anchorage, the American Legion Post No. 33 of Chugiak, and the Chugiak Senior Center.
He leaves his wife, Virginia, of Eagle River; his sister, Verna Sibley, of Brownsville, Calif.; and his brother, Bo, of Sacramento, and Keith, of Marysville, Calif. Memorials may be sent to Youth for Christ, P.O. Box 103040, Anchorage 99510. Service arrangements were by Kehl's Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel. "
HAZEL
In 1920 Douglas County, Nebraska, Hazel is 27, married to H. P. McConnell.
In 1940 Washington County, Oregon, Harry is 52, born in Minnesota, with Hazel B. 49 in Nebraska, and Patsy J. 14 in Nebraska.
She's buried in Willamette National 1891-1974 # 3913450, with Harry P. McConnell 1890-1967.
ANOTHER C. M. BRYANT
1917 Wray, Colorado "The Christian Endeavor of the Presbyterian
church planned and carried out a most delightful evening Tuesday
when they entertained in honor of Miss Hazel Bryant, the affair having
been kept a secret from her. The F. D. Johnson home was the scene of
the gathering and the Misses Anna Bancroft, Margaret Keilman
and Helen Borland were the trio who made the arrangements,
which were so well carried out and made the evening a most
enjoyable one. Miss Bryant leaves today in company with her parents,
Mr. and Mrs. C. M. Bryant, for their new home in Hillsborough,
Oregon, after making their home in Wray for just one year."
1916 "Mr. and Mrs. John Botkin of the I p Bar ranch entertained twenty I guest 3 Saturday evening in honor of their nephew, Clyde Bryant, of Greenville, Texa?, who is visiting in the Botkin home. Progressive Rook was the Rame of the evening, "

C. M. Bryant, who has been visiting his sister, Mrs. J. M. Botkin
, and family, of several miles southwest of Wray, has leased the
B. E. Ridgeway residence for a period of one year and is
expecting his family to arrive in Wray Tuesday of next week.
Mr. Bryant came to Wray for his health and it has proved
so beneficial to him that he has decided to remain.
His family consists of two grown children, a son and daughter
, and a smaller girl. They are from Greenville, Texas, and will be
accompanied by Mr. Bryant's sister, Mrs. Tilden
Burch and family, also from Greenville, Texas, who will reside in
part of the Ridgeway residence in Wray."
1927 Wray "Sadness and gloom huddles over another home
in this community. Death has claimed for its victim another
widow of a Civil War veteran. 'Aunt' Nancy Bryant gently
passed away Wednesday, January 5, at 9 o'clock. She was nearly
90 years old. She was buried beside her husband, who died
years ago. Clipping from the Somerset Commonwealth,
Somerset, Kentucky. She was the mother of Mrs.
John Botkin of Vernon. Mrs. Botkin was unable to attend the
funeral."
"Mrs. John Botkin of Denver received word this week of
the death of her brother, C. M. Bryant of Hillsboro, Oregon.
Mr. Bryant died of pulmonary and heart trouble on Sunday, October 27, 1957 in the Hillsboro hospital where he had been a patient since late September. Burial was 'beside his wife in the Portland mausoleum. Mr. Bryant was 93 years old. "
