born August 1861 in Indiana, married 11 years to Louisa F. Sept 1868 Iowa.
Luella was born Dec 1889 in Colorado. Louisa's brother Louis Brammier was born Sept 1876 in Ioa.
In 1910 Kit Carson County, Fred and Eliza S are both 48, Luella 20.
July 1910 "Miss Louella Flexor will teach in the Ed Winegar district the coming
school term."
December 1910 "Mrs. Fred Flexor and
daughter Louella and Miss Rhoda Yexin expect to leave Friday evening for Siloam
Springs Arkansas, for a few weeks visit with friends."
Frederick claimed 40 acres in section 15, 8S 45W, Kit Carson County, in 1911. He claimed another 80 acres in 1912, and 40 acres in 1914.
April 1911 "Fred S. Flexor returned
Thursday evening from Hugo where he purchased
an isolated tract at an auction held by
the United States land office."
Louisa Flexer claimed 80 acres in section 24, 8S 45W in 1916.
In 1922 Fred and Eliza are living at 295 Columbia Avenue in Pomona, California.
Fred died December 19, 1926 in Los Angeles County.
Louisa, widowed, is still living at 295 Columbia in 1928. So is Louella Jennings.
In 1930 Los Angeles County, Louella Harris born in COlorado is married to James F. Harris born in Massachusetts, both 36.
They're living with widowed Louisa Flexer, 60 born in Iowa.
In 1940 Los Angeles County,
Lousia is widowed, 70. Louella Harris is 42, also widowed, neither with occupations.

Rexford, Kansas July 1913 "The wedding of Miss Louella Flexer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. F. S. Flexer, and Alfred C. Jennings was solemnized
at the country residence of the bride's parents at high noon. A Wedding dinner was served
immediately after the ceremony. The bride is one of Kit Carson county's prominent
school teachers and is one of Burlington's most popular members of the younger set.
The groom is one of Burlington's young business men with a promising future before him.
Both the bride and groom have a host of friends who extend congratulations.

Alfred is divorced in 1930 Denver, a butcher in a meat market, living wtih sister Frances C. Hayes and her husband Harry Hayes.
Alfred registered for WWII in Denver, with Mrs H. R. Hayes at the same address of 1228 15th Street.
In 1930 Los Angeles County, Louella Harris born in Colorado is married
to James F. Harris born in Massachusetts, both 36.
They're living with widowed Louisa Flexer, 60 born in Iowa.
James is back in Massachusetts in 1940, a mechanic, living with his mother Mary Harris.
In 1940 Los Angeles County,

Her second husband, Richard Eastin 1840-1922 is buried in Clay County # 178078491.

Ray McClure, 21, married Hazel Flexer, 16, daughter of J.H. Flexer, on February 8, 1920 in Burlington.
