" Ezra and his family returned to Iroquois County, to a farm near Woodland, Illinois. He farmed, on various farms, in Iroquois County until the, died of his wife, in 1882. He remarried, in 1883, and his second wife refused to have the children. They were scattered out among friends, relatives and neighbors. Ezra quit farming and moved to Sheldon, Illinois, where he engaged in the occupation of plasterer and mason. He died of cancer of the throat at the Veterans Hospital in Danville, Illinois, in 1915. His funeral was the first time his children were all together since the, died of their mother, in 1882.""

Carl married Dora in Kanorado, Kansas on 15 February 1903.

January 1910 Burlington " Firm Moore of Goodland was in the city between trains Friday. "

In 1910 Goodland, Kansas, Carl F. Moore is a barber, 29, married seven years to Dora Moore 22 Wife.

Burlington, May 1911 "Mr. and Mrs. Firm Moore are visiting relatives at Lincoln, Nebraska."

September 1911 "Mrs. R. C. Yarnell and Mrs. Firm Moore spent a few days last week with their sister, Mrs. Palmer of Goodland."

September 1913 "Mrs. Eari Palmer and brother Edwin Larsen of Goodland arrived Friday morning for a visit at the home of their sister, Mrs. R C. Yarnell and to attend the fair."

October 1914 Burlington "Mrs. E. J. Palmer and son Leslie, Emma Larsen and Ed Larsen spent Saturday and Sunday with their sisters Mrs. C. F. Moore and Mrs. R. C. Yarnell. Ed left on No. 27 Sunday for a day or two in Denver."

Carl Foreman Moore registered for WWI in Burlington, born July 31, 1880, a barber, married to Dora.

January 1918 Burlington "Stanley Haynes, son of ex-county Judge Haynes, formerly of this city, but now of Vona, volunteered during the holidays and is now a member of the 92nd Aero Squadron and is in training at the aviation corp at Waco. Texas. He is acting in the capacity of motor repairman. A continuation of the cause of his confinement in the hospital for several weeks last fall.
Ed Larsen was in Denver this week undergoing a minor operation for a trouble of long standlng......Ed, however, is steadily improving in health and his complete recovery is but a matter of time. He is spendlag a few days with his sister, Mrs. C. F. Moore of this city."
The newspaper had a misprint, so that Ed's trouble was with Stanley's.

August 1918 Burlington, Colorado "C. F. Moore of this city has received word of the , died of his cousin, Lieut. William J. Sense of Watseka, Illinois. Lieut. Sense was severely wounded in action and died as a result."

In 1919 Burlington, Carl F. Moore is J. W. of the Burlington Masonic Lodge.

April 1919 Burlington "C. F. Moore has accepted the agency of the Oakland Sensible Six, and has puchased a car of that manufacturer in order to demonstrate the superior advantages of that make of car. When in doubt as to which car to buy, call on C. F. Moore."
