Anna's brother was named Frank Dale Mason, born Oct 17, 1889 in Norton, so he's too young to be the
Kit Carson land claimant, but very possibly a nephew.

January 1943 "Mrs. Carl Carnine entertained at a
miscellaneous shower at her home at Four Corners on
Orchard Mesa Friday afternoon.

and opening the many lovely gifts. At a late hour
Mrs. Carnine assisted by Mrs. Floyd Mudge
served refreshments to Mesdames Dayle Payne,

A. O. Carnine, D. A. Shriver, Lowell Carnine,
M. Whitfield. Hugh Jones and son, Lirntny Lo,

LOWELL
Lowell was born Feb 2, 1909 in Flagler.
March 31, 1933 " Friends were surprised to
learn of the marriage of Miss Ariel Shriver of Collbran,
and Lowell Carnine, Friday. Mrs. Carnine is
a former resident of Clifton and both young people are
well known in this vicinity. Their friends are
wishing them a long and happy married life. "
