September 29, 1924 Des Moines, Iowa "Mrs. Edith Shinrock, 69, who was ordained a minister of
the People's Church in 1909, in order that she might do missionary work in Kit Carson county,
Colorado, died early last night in a local hospital. She had been i11 since Christmas day.
Mrs. Shinrock was born in Omro, Wis., coming to Omaha at the age of 19.
She is survived by her husband Fred. T. Shinrock, two daughters, Mrs. Ora Carson and Mrs. Ruth Kilgore,
both of Omaha, and three sons, Lyle of Terre Haute, Ind.. and Howard and Vernon of Omaha."
