In 1870 Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, John Fry is 26, Isazbel 24, Josephine 3, Albert 2 and Jacob eleven months.
In 1880 Westmoreland County, Albert is 11, with John, a farmer, 35 and Isabel 34. Josephine is 13, Jacob 9, William 8, John 7, Laura 6, and Sadie 3.
All were born in Pennsylvania.
John J. Fry proved up a quarter in 31, 7S 50W in 1898.
John H. Fry had a canceled claim for a quarter in 1, 8S 51W in 1898.
In 1900 Kit Carson County, John is a stock raiser, born March 1831,
married 35 years to Isabel August 1844, both born in Pennsylvania.
John H. Nov 1871 has a general store,
and Emma S. Sept 1886 was born in Nebraska. They must be near a town, because one boarder is a doctor, another is a railroad employee.
In 1910 Kit Carson County, John is 75, Isabel 67. Next to them are Lewis S. 24 and Emma S. 23 Clark. Lewsis ws born in New York. Next household is Henry A. Clark, 26, also born in New York, a likely brother.
John was admitted to Leavenworth Kansas hospital, for service as a
private in B. 1st Pennsylvania Cavalry, from June to December 1863.
His residence after discharge was Flagler, with Mrs. Emma Clark of Flagler as his nearest relative.
In 1920 John is in Greeley, widowed, 81, with son Albert 52 and Lily J. 45. Arthur A. is 19, Minnie B. 24.
John Fry 1841-1926 # 15794401 is buried in Flagler,
with Isabelle 1844-1916 # 15794388.

In 1900 Weld County, Colorado, Albert is farming, born November 1867 in Pennsylvania, Lillie J. May 1875 in Illinois. Minnie B. October 1895 in Colorado.
May 2, 1901 Kersey, Colorado "Albert Fry, drillman for the Beet Sugar company of Loveland,
has been making tbe rounds among those who have contracts for raising sugar
beets, sowing beet seed the past week. Some twenty-five to thirty acres
have been sown, to be shipped at this station."
Albert Fry 1900-1901 is buried in Greeley # 65221189, on the same stone as Lillie and Albert.
July 1902 "Albert Fry of LaSalle was taken to a Denver hospital Thursday
night, suffering from appendicitis. Friday an operation was performed,
leaving him very weak."
1934 "Mr. and Mrs. Albert Fry of Auburn were hosts on
Sunday evening at a birthday dinner given in honor of their
daughter, Mrs. John Jochim. Covers were laid for Messrs
and Mesdames S. Picket and sons, R. E. Doney and family,
Arthur Fry and family, Albert Glr... "
1937 "Mr. and Mrs. John Jochim who have recently lived there (Auburn area of Weld County)
have moved to Evans."
Albert Fry 1868-1940 is buried in Greeley, # 65221190,
with Lillie J. Fry 1874-1956 # 62221192.
July 8, 1940 "Albert Fry of Evans Dies Sunday
Albert Fry, 71, of Evans who died at the Greeley hospital
Sunday morning, succumbed to complications growing out of
injuries received in an auto accident in Evans on June 28.
Mr. Fry was driving onto the highway from a filling station
when struck by a machine operated by Miss Anna Ewiisj, ID,
of LaSalle. He was thrown from his car. At first his
injuries were believed not to be serious.
Mr. Fry is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lillie Fry, and by two
children: Mrs. Belle Jochim of Greeley and Arthur Fry
of LaSalle. Mr. Fry is also survived by two sisters and
two brothers: Mrs. Lewis Clark of Flagler,
Mrs. Laura Eckhardt of Seattle, Will Fry of Dreedsville,
Mich., and J. J. Fry of Santa Rosa, Calif.
Services at 2:30 p. m. Tuesday from Macy's drawing
room. Interment Linn Grove."
June 26, 1956 "Mrs. Lillie J. Fry, 82,
of Kersey, died at the Weld County General
hospital Monday noon. Mrs. Fry was born at
Whitehall, Illinois, May 30, 1874.
She was married in Flagler May 30, 1893 to
Albert Fry who died in 1940. The Frys lived at
Evans and Greeley for 60 years.
She was a member of the Methodist church
in Evans and of the Ladies Aid of the
United Presbyterian church in Greeley. Mrs.
Fry is survived by two children:
Mrs. Belle Cochran of Kersey, with whom
Mrs. Fry had been living, and Arthur Fry of
La Salle. Mrs. Fry was a sister of
Mrs. Laura Craft of Long Beach, Calif.,
Sophia Blumenthal of Evans and
Fred Blumenthal of Fort Collins.
There are six grandchildren and seven
great grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements will be
announced by Macys."

"John Fry is building a nice new house." -
This must be Albert's brother John H. Fry.
1955 Greeley "Robert Frye, of Windsor, student at University of Florida,
is hospitalized at West Palm Beach, Fla.. from injuries sustained Sunday in
an automobile accident. He was en route from Miami to Gainesville, Fla.
His parents, Mr. and Mrs. John H. Frye of Windsor, were notified of the accident
by long distance Sunday afternoon. At that time their son's condition was
reported good. Frye suffered a broken left leg and fracture of the jaw bone.
According to the report of the accident received by the Fryes,
a Puerto Rican drove his car in front of the Windsor man's car,
apparently not seeing it as he pulled Into the line of traffic.
Frye's car was demolished. The Florida university student is a graduate
of Windsor High school, He was awarded a fellowship to :he university at
Gainesville when he completed his course at Wesleyan University at Lincoln,
Neb. He gained wide recognition for his wonderful rehabilitation following
an injury in June of 1943. Frye fell from a tree house and injured his spine,
which left him paralyzed from the waist down. Undaunted, he later
finished high school and then enrolled at Wesleyan where he received his
degree and was awarded the fellowship. He received his master's degree at
University of Florida and has been working on his doctorate.
His brother, Charles Frye, who completed his course at University
of Colorado last week, left Wednesday morniug for West Palm Beach and
will remain with his brother until he reports for military service
in April."
Another daughter might be the Laura Eckert 1873-1956 buried in Seattle # 77033203, with Charles A. Eckert 1867-1953.
Laura Frye married C.E. Eckert on October 24, 1892, recorded in Denver.
They were in Weld County, Colorado in 1900, Charles born June 1867 in Germany,
Laura August 1874 in Pennsylvania. Furnita B. August 1892
and Jessie J. August 1894 were born in Colorado.
Jay Eckert, 24, married Martha M. Miller on August 3, 1919 in Hoquiam, Grays Harbor, Washington.
In 1920 Charles and Laura are in King County, Washington, son Jessie 25 married to
Martha 24 born in Wyoming.
