One tree said his mother Elizabeth married Ernest Riemann, and they're in Stafford County, Kansas in 1910. Ernest is 68, Elizabeth 67, both born in Germany, on second marriages. Elizabeth had immigrated in 1884.
Ernest Riemann 1841-1913 and Elizabeth 1842 - have a stone in Stafford County.
Friedrich proved up a quarter in 9, 6S 44W in 1893. Fridrik Rudat had a record of a timber application in that township, but it wasn't completed.
In 1895 Fred is in Johnson County, Kansas, 29, born in Germany, living with the Motzkus family. (The page with August and Ida Motzkus is missing) William Motzkus is 4 born in Nebraska, Joseph 2 in Kansas.

Frederick Rudat, born about 1866, married Caroline (Motzkus) Fuller, born about 1860, in Johnson County Kansas on October 16, 1898.
In 1900 Johnson County, Kansas, Fred Rudat (Ancestry index has Kendal) born Nov 1865 in Germany, married two years to Carolina Aug 1860, both born in Germany. Carolina's s kids John Fuller May 1883, August Sept 1884, and Lena Nov 1888 were all born in Kansas.
Fred and Caroline must have split soon after, because Caroline Fuller married Arthur Hose in Jackson COunty Missouri in 1905.
In 1910 Johnson County, Arthur and Lena Hose have Grace,6, and Lena's son John Fuller 26, and his wife Mabel 23, both born in Kansas.

Fred is in Stafford County, Kansas in 1910, immigrating in 1883. Fred 44, Nellie 29, with Nellie's son Jay L. 3.

Fred and Nellie are farming in Cattaraugus County, New York in 1920, with Jay 13, Kansas, Fred H. 8 New York, and Harry 6 New York.
In 1930 Ontario County, New York, they have Fred H. 19 and Henry 16.
1945 Bristol, New York "Jay Rudat of Syracuse was a Sunday guest of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred RUDAT, Sr."
1947 " Mr. and Mrs. Fred Rudat, Sr., were recent guests of their son, Harry Rudat and family of East Bloomfield. Another son. Jay Rudat and family of Syracuse were also guests."

Frederick C. Rudat 1865-1951 is buried in Ontario County, New York # 108331737.
So is Nellie G. (Beers) Rudat 1881-1960
"Shortsville-Manchester Enterprise, April 7, 1960, page 9:

Mrs. Nellie B. Rudat, 79, widow of Fred C. Rudat, died Saturday, April 2, after a long illness. She was born in Oil City, Pa., the daughter of Henry & Julia Glover Beers, and has been a resident of Holcomb for 32 years. She was a 25-year member of the East Bloomfield Grange, and also a member of St. Peter's Episcopal Church.
She is survived by three sons, Fred H. of Holcomb, Jay L. of Syracuse; and Harry G. of Parish; 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted Monday afternoon at 2:30pm in the Wheeler Funeral Home, East Bloomfield, with Rev. Harold Avery, pastor of St. John's Episcopal Church at Canandiagua, officiating. Burial in East Bloomfield Cemetery is at the convenience of the family. "

Elizabeth Riemann is with her sister Henrietta Motzkus in 1920 Cedar County, Missouri and 1930 Pottawatomie County, Iowa, both widoewed., living wtih John A. and Eliabeth Kelly.
Elizabeth Rudat, born about 1841 in Germany, married John Scott, born about 1833, in Alma, Harlan County, Nebraska FRebruary 4, 1887.
FindaGrave # 76365218 Henrietta (Rudat) Motzkus 1849-1935 is buried in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
Elizabeth Dorothy (Rudat) Riemann is buried next to her 1842-1934 # 76402514.
