In 1880 McDonough County, Illinois, George Ruddell is 58, Mary 50,
Robert M. 24, Emley 22, Mary 20, Andrew J. 17, Elizabeth 15,
and John W. 13.
EMMA'S FAMILY
The 1850 Monroe County, Illinois census taken for Moredock listed Sydney Bloid age 9 living with his parents James Bloid and Mahala Bloid. James Bloyd and Mahala Pate married on 13 November 1829 in Sangamon County, Illinois. The correct name seems to be Bloyd rather than Bloid but this was as shown.
Sidney Bloyd married Mrs. Elizabeth Lung on 9 April 1879 in Fulton County, Illinois and they were listed with children from Sidney's earlier marriage. Sidney Bloyd next married Mrs. Sarah Bloyd on 15 October 1887 in Scotland County, Missouri. This was where his son James lived.
Sidney Bloyd age 67 born Illinois was next listed in the 1910 McDonough County, Illinois census living with wife Adeline. Sidney Bloyd age 78 born Illinois was listed in the 1920 Cole County, Missouri census taken for Jefferson City. He was listed as the father in the James Robert Bloyd family.
In 1930 Kit Carson County, Emma Ruddell's father Sidney Bloyd, 86, also widowed, born in Missouri,
is with her.
Sidney 1841-1937 is buried in Burlington # 89441939.
ANDREW AND EMMA
Andrew J. Ruddell and Mahala Emma Bloyd married on September 8, 1885 in McDonough County.
In 1900 McDonough County, Illinois, A. J. Ruddell is farming, 37,
with Emily M. 21, Nola N. 9, Nettie S. 4, Ogle F. and Orfie D.
both eight months old.
Andrew is farming in 1910 Kit Carson County, 47,
with Emma 42, Nola 19, Nettie 14, Orpha and Ogle both 10, Eunice 7,
Meredith and Merrit both 4, and Laurence newborn.
Andrew proved up a quarter in 32, 10S 44W in 1913.
In 1920 Kit Carson County, Andrew Ruddell makes harness and shoes,
living on 6th Street in Burlington. He's 58, with Emily 53, Orpha D. 20,
Ogle F. 20, Eunice 17, Meredith J. 14, and Merit W. 14
all born in Illinois. Lawrence 10 was born in Colorado.
His niece Raidee Ruddell 20 born in Illinois is with them.

Lawrence A. Ruddell and Mildred L. Hafer married in Cheyenne County, Colorado on Septemeber 10, 1927.
Lawrence is a highway laborer in Kit Carson County

In 1930 Custer County, Oklahoma, Ogle F. Ruddell
is farming, 29, with Verda 28. Evelyn 3 ws born in
Colorado, Kenneth 2 in Oklahoma.
Verda's father Charlie Cook is with them, 62 born in Missouri, widowed.
In 1940 Custer County, Ogle is 40, Verday 38, Evelyn 14, Kenneth 12, Earl 7, and Lloyd 4.
