Among the items found here are an index of obituary & funeral notices that appeared in the Denver Post and/or Rocky Mountain News for the years 1939-1943 and 1960-2003.  You can also find a record of the 1861 Colorado Territorial Election with a list of the voters, and other records of genealogical value.

NOTE:  More often than not funeral notices and obituaries for residents of Adams County appear in the two major Denver newspapers in addition to any notices or stories that might appear in local newspapers (see below). The more recent obituaries can be purchased electronicaly (via email) directly from the papers for a nominal fee.
