Wray looking west from Flirtation Point circa 1898.
From the Coston Collection. Scanned by Lee Zion
This very faded print apparently wasn't fixed very well. Thats the Presbyterian Church steeple in the foreground. The new Seventh Day Adventist Church, where the Wray Museum is today, is on the right. Downtown has picked up at least one brick building for Wray Mercantile on the far corner of what is now Main and 4th. Don't know what church that is on Adams just north of Fourth but about six years later that building is where Wray started its first high school. Big white building at 4th and Main is the IOOF hall.
