Wray, March 1909 "Thomas G. Weaver, a brother of Sam Weaver of Kirk precinct,
was in this city Tuesday. Mr. Weaver is in the restaurant business at Idaho Springs,
but still owns land in Yuma county. He is thinking of returning to eastern Colorado
as the outlook for this country is of no small consequence."

In 1910 Thomas G. Weaver bought a quarter in 8, 5S 47W,.
April 1910 Kirk items "T. G. Weaver made a trip out to this vicinity last week
bringing with him a prospective homesteader."
1910 Wray "Tom Weaver piloted a bunch of land seekers up to the northwest
part of the county Wednesday, and established a few more settlers in the garden
spot of the west."
February 1911 "Mrs. Thos. Weaver has been sick the last ten days and confined to her home."

Texas.
Thomas is widowed in 1930 Wray precinct.

JESSIE
November 1913 "Mr. and Mrs. William Love and family are expected to arrive next
week from their former home in Hettick, Illinois and will locate in Wray.
Mrs. Love is a daughter of Mrs. Catherine Finn. Mr. Love is a plasterer and a worker in
cement and his family consists of two grown sons, one daughter of high school age,
and a boy of eleven years."
June 1, 1916 " A very pretty and quiet wedding
was solemnized Sunday afternoon at 3:30 at the home of Mr.
and Mrs. Isaac Reed, with Miss Ruth Hix and Otto Finn as the
contracting parties. The lines were read by Rev. A. N. Wolff,
pastor of the Presbyterian church, in the presence of fifteen
relatives of the couple, and Miss Jessie Weaver,
the girl chum of the bride. The couple were attended by
Miss Weaver and Truman Love, a nephew of the groom.
After the marriage, Mrs. Reed, the hostess and sister of the
groom, served the guests with a dainty two-course luncheon.
Mrs. Finn is the only daughter of G. P. Hix, of Wray,
, has been her father's homemsker since the
death of her mother several years ago, and she,
like her husband, needs no introduction to our people,
for they have both spent the greater part of their lives
in Wray and are known to be young people of whom
any community might be proud.
The young couple left on Sunday evening's train for a
few days visit with the groom's sister, Mrs. W. B. Fearn,
and husband, who reside in McCook, Neb.
They returned to Wray yesterday afternoon and will
make their home on the groom's farm seventeen miles
northwest of Wray. We join with their host of
friends in wishing them a happy future."
Jessie M. Weaver, 20, and Truman R. Love, 26, both of Wray,
married there on July 29, 1916.
Thursday, October 16, 1919 "The infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Truman Love died early
Saturday morning."
Truman is a plasterer in 1920 Wray, 30, born in Illinois, with Jessie 23 born in Nebraska. Luella M. is 2, born in Colorarado.
In 1930 they're in Denver, with Luella, 12, Lola 8, William 7, and Robert E. 5.
Jessie is a janitoress in 1940 Denver, 39, with a questionable marital status.
Lola is a clerk, 19, Earl 18 is an electrical helper.
Truman is in Denver in 1940, a plasterer, questionable marital status. He has a housekeeper Thelma Stonebaker 37 born in Kansas. His son Robert E. 16 is with them.
Jessie M. Reed 1896-1986 is buried in Wray # 63096725, next to her baby.

LAVERNE
L. E. Weaver and Genopha Clark married in Yuma County on July 27, 1912.
February 1913 " L. E. Weaver and wife visited with the former's parents Mr. and Mrs. T. G.
Weaver, and other relatives at this place the first of the week."
September 1915 "Word was received by Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Weaver yesterday of the
birth of a baby boy to their son, La Vern, and wife at McCook, Neb., Tuesday, Sept. 14.
The three year old son of this couple is staying with Mrs. Weaver's mother, Mrs. M. M. Fisk,
of eight miles south of Wray."
Laverne Ellis Weaver registered in Harlan County, Nebraska, saying he was
born June 15, 1890.

1912 Wray "L.E. Weaver of Denver stopped off between trains here
yesterday morning to visit his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Weaver. He has
accepted a position as fireman on the run between St. Francis, Kansas and
Orleans, Nebr."
Laverne E. Weaver is a railroad engineer
in Denver in 1930, 40, with Cenopha 40 born in Pennsylvania. Ralph 17, Ernest 15, Bernard 13, Leila 10 and Lola 10 were born in Nebraska.

Nebraska, was Flint in 1959, and Schwindt in 1987. She died January 31, 1997.
Bernard Chester Weaver, born in Nebraska Feb 26, 1917, died in Alameda County, California June 22, 1993.

Ernest F. Weaver, 22 born at Axtell, Nebraska, to Thos G. Weaver and Martha R. Miller, married Inez I. Aston in POttawattamie County, Iowa on July 29, 1914.
Inez was in Phillips County, Colorado in 1910,
with parents Leslie A. Aston 1864-1938 and Emma Sarah Bird 1869-1961.
Ernest is farming in 1920 Joes precinct, Yuma County, 26, with Ina 23, Audrey 4, Llewellyn 2, and Laura nine months old.
In 1930 Long Beach, Ernest is a spotter in a dry cleaner, 36, with Inez 32 born in Illinois. Audrey M. 14 was born iN Nebraska, Lewellen E. 13 Laura L. 11, Thomas L. 8, Lois L. 7, and Geraldine E. 5 were born in Colorado.
Ernest Floyd Weaver, born Jan 4, 1893, died in Orange County, California on April 14, 1951.
Inez I. Godin born March 9, 1898 in Illinois, died June 5, 1973 in Los Angeles.
Audrey May Weaver was born August 1, 1915 at North Bend Nebraska, name Smith in 1945, Warters in 1949, and Jackson in Spet 1966, dying March 2, 1997 in California.

Wayne Francis Weaver, born December 13, 1927 in Larned, KS, died December 30, 1998 in Albuquerque of cancer. After growing up in Kansas, he served with the rank of Corporal in the United States Army, Quarter Master Corps from 1950 to 1953 and was posted in Goeppingen, Germany. He was a life member of VFW Post 6492 in Seibert, CO. He raised his family in the Trinidad, CO area and taught many years at Trinidad State Junior College. Most recently he managed a small business in Albuquerque and retired this October to Seibert, CO. He is survived by Mary Weaver; and their children, Sam and April Weaver, Jon Weaver, Laurie and Randy Hancock, Jason and Jeneane Weaver, Aron Weaver; and 11 grandchildren. He is also survived by brothers and sisters, Velma and Al Getty, Don and Verda Weaver, Tom Weaver, Margaret and Ken Potter, Dallas Weaver; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, William B. and Mathilda Weaver; his brother, LaVerne Weaver; his sister and brother-in-law, Pat and Larry Leoffler; an infant sister; and a son, Lucas. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 2, 1999 at the Community Church in Seibert, CO.
