Wray Rattler – 12-12-1912 – Another Adjudged Insane – The third person to be adjudged insane within a few weeks time, was taken to the state insane asylum at Pueblo last Tuesday evening by Deputy Sheriff Bolender.....,  His trial was held last Monday in the county court before a jury of six. The following men composed the jury: Peter Cuney, A.J. Packer, John McGee,  J.E. Smith, D.B. McGinnis, and Harvey McGee. His attitude in the trial proved that he was really insane and the jury brought in a verdict to that effect, and that the safety of the community was endangered by his being at liberty.

In 1910 Wray are John McGee, 56, born Pennsylvania a butcher., Elizabeth 49 Illinois, Belle 22 Illinois, Harry A. 26 Illinois is a carpenter, and Harvey T. 21, Nebraska works at the meat market

In 1920 Butte County Idaho are John 62, and Mary E. 59, and son harry T is living with them

In 1930 it looks like John and Mary are in Otis, Washington County, living with daughter Belle and her husband Clarence Holt.

In 1910 Wray are William and Viola Carwin.  - he's a stock raiser "buying and selling".  They have James. G. 21, Elizabeth H. 22 (daughter-in-law), Ina B 16, Ronald H and Donald B. (both one year old).

The John Mcgee might be the one mentioned in 1916

Harvey and Ira are in Logan County in 1930, and are buried in Sunset Cemetery

And in 1914

John A. McGee - 1882-1931 is buried in Wray's Grandview Cemetery.  Between him and  A. Harry McGee1882-1935 is a Shelton Askew 1883- 1914, John's son-in-law. It's possible that Maude later married Dan Funk of Wray.

Charles and Clara Patton are in the next plots - Clara is probably John's daughter.  And Charles was in partnership with John in the meat market.
