In 1885 John, 24, born Hanover, is in Gage County, Nebraska, living with his mother, a grocer.

John cash-claimed a quarter in 10, 4S 43W in 1890. 

John S. Lemback married Nora Belle Roberts Dec 27, 1892 in Chillicothe, Livingston County, Missouri.

In 1900 Fillmore County, Nebraska John  born Feb 1862 in Illinois, Nora June 1873 Illinois, Eva Jan 1894 and Margarete April 1897 Nebraska

In 1910 John T. Limback, 45, is a merchant in Fillmore County, Nebraska, with Nora B., 38, Eva A. 16, Margaret 13, and Harold. 3.

1915 John was elected may of Geneva.

In 1920 Fillmore County John is a clothing salesman

In 1930 Fillmore County John is a traveling salesman

John - 1862-1936 and Nora B. 1872-1943 are buried in the Geneva Cemetery, Fillmore County, as is J. Harold 6-2-1906 8-5-2002
