In 1900 Lincoln County, Washington, Paul Nuss is farming, single, born Feb 1856 in Russia, immigrating in 1885, a permanent alien.
Paul is in Chelan County in 1910, still single.
In 1920 Chelan County, Washington, still single, a fruit farmer, saying he immigrated in 1873.
1922 "NOTICE TO CREDITORS. In the Superior Court of the State of Washington in and for Chelan County. In Probate. In the Matter of the Estate of Paul Nuss, Deceased. Notice is hereby given, that Letters of Administration of the estate of Paul Nuss, deceased, were granted to the undersigned on the 15th Day of November, 1922, by the said Superior Court. All persons having claims against the said estate are required to serve them, with the necessary vouchers, upon me, at my place of business in the City of Wenatchee, Chelan county, Washington, or upon J. T. Lindley. Attorney for said estate, at his office in the City of Leavenworth, Chelan County, Washington, within six months after the date of the first publication of this notice, to-wit: within six months after the 17th day of November, 1922, and file the same with the Clerk of this Court together with proof of such service, or they shall be forever barred.
