Stansbery cash-claimed a quarter in 19, 3S 43W in 1890. 
Robert cash-claimed one in 11, 4, S 44W, also in 1890.
In 1900 Otoe County, Nebraska, Robert Hart is farming, born March 1866 in Illinois, married ten years to Emma March 1869 Illinois, have Elma January 1891, Edna April 1892, and Zilla April 1896, all three in Nebraska.
Robert and Emma are retired in 1940 Lincoln.
Robert J. Hart -1865-1957 and Emma D. Sutton - his wife- 1868-1953 are bureid in Otoe County.
STANSBERY
Lincoln, Nebraska 1915 "Stansbery Hart and Mary E. Hart with misrepresenting the value of lots. J Hollenbeck brought suit Monday afternoon to recover a number of lots in Lincoln, which he exchanged for the land belonging to the Harts, Leonard Short is made a defendant with the Harts, as Hollenbeck assumed a mortgage for $300 Short held on the Loup county land. The plaintiff declares that his Lincoln property was worth JS.500, and was encumbered with n mortgage of $1.500 Th-; Harts said the Loup county lane, was good for farm and pasture and well worth $12.50 but Hollenbeck declares its true value is but $1 an acre."

Stansberry Hart, per # 70409957, is buried in Wyuka Cemetery, Lincoln 1860-1953, as is Mary Elizabeth Hart 1867-1946.
Elmer Horace Hart -1891-1976 is also buried in Wyuka "Son of Stansberry Burnal & Mary Elizabeth (Bison) Hart, he was born in Brock, Nebraska. Elmer was brother to Burnal Barry (1887-1949), Mrs. Edgar (Leona) Braley (1893-1918), Mrs. Cushman (Ethel) Yoho (1889-1990) and Mrs. Oscar (Iona) Frank (1893-1981) Elmer married 3 times, first to Morva ? in 1914, then to Lucie Lewis in 1928 but it was his third marriage to Marie Celeste Donahue in 1939 that lasted the longest, up until his death. Elmer had no children, he was a veteran of WWI he was a Private U.S. Army. He worked in the Automobile Industry and also sold Brittanica Encyclapedia Books"

Ruth - Pre-medical at Oberlin College 1916-1918, Women's Medical College of Pa. One yr. internship at Cleveland City Hospital l922-1923, now called Metropolitan General Hospital. Obtained M.D. from Women's Medical in 1922; Ohio license to practice medicine 1923. Diploma in Medicine by National Board of Medical License 1923. One year hospital residency in Chest Disease at Alameda County Hospital 1925-1926. License to practice medicine in Calif. in 1925.
Victor - Baldwin Wallace College 1915-1916, Oberlin College 1916-1917. Enlisted in Army June, 1917 and went to camp with Oberlin College Ambulance Unit at Allentown, Pa. Transferred to Army Medical School and received commission of 2nd Lt. in Medical Corp. in 1918. Discharged Sept. 1919. Entered 4th year at Oberlin College receiving A.B. degree in 1920. Western Reserve School of Medicine M.D. degree 1924. Served in Medical Corp. U. S. Navy 1924-1926. Medical License in Ohio 1924, Medical license in Cal. 1925. He has done general practice since 1926 in Sacramento Co., Siskiyou Co. and Alameda Co.

Winfred E. Hart, 22, born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, married Ada L. Gould 26, on August 17, 1921 in Cuyahoga County.

Winfred is single, a medical doctor, in 1930 Imperial California.
But the 1930 Cleveland census has him 32, a physician, married to Ada G. 33 born in Colorado. They're living with her mother Lillian A. Gould, 64, 289wed.

Lillian and Ada were in Grand Junction, Colorado in 1900, where John Gould is a physicaian, born August 1859 in New York.

In 1940 Cleveland, Ada is a home econnomics teacher, 45 born in South Dakota, married but no spouse, with Virginia 11 born in Ohio.

1951 "Miss Virginia Hart Bride-elect of Charles Fraser.
She is the daughter of Mrs. Ada G. Hart of Cleveland Heights, and Dr. Winfred E. Hart of Oakland, Calif., and her fiance is the son of Mrs. Ruth B. Fraser of Wellsville. Both are attending Western Reserve University, Cleveland."

Winfred E. Hart, born Nov 28, 1898 in Indiana, died January 15, 1985 in Contra Costa County.

Virginia H. Fraser, longtime activist for nursing home residents’ rights, passed away November 18, surrounded by her family. “Ginny” Fraser was born in Cleveland, Ohio, September 30, 1928. She attended Hiram College, where she met her husband, Charles, to whom she was married for 60 years, and received an M.A. from the University of Denver. The Frasers moved to Colorado in 1957, and became avid outdoorspeople. Virginia was an activist in human rights causes, and deeply involved in the Littleton community. From 1979 to 2000, she was Colorado’s long-term care ombudsman, expanding the rights of nursing home residents. She received numerous honors, including the Littleton Independent’s Most Valuable Citizen, the Martin Luther King, Jr. Humanitarian Award, and the Colorado Women’s Hall of Fame. Virginia is survived by her husband “Chuck,” as well as four beloved daughters, Cynthia Taylor, Janice Fraser, Amy Mease, Laura Fraser, and four grandchildren.

Cecil Hart, 21, of Williamsfield, Ohio, married Luella Tilton in Detroit on July 25, 1922.

In 1940 Columbus, Ohio, Cecil is 30, Louella 26, David L. 9.
Cecil H. Hart born Sept 25, 1901 or 1900 in Ohio, died December 9, 1981 in Santa Cruz County, California.

Louella born Oct 8, 1897 in Ohio, died March 6, 1973 in Santa Cruz County.
