Julius F. Stutheit, Emil H. Stutheit, William Stutheit, Martin J Stutheit, Herman H. Stutheit, Landsman.

Herman Heinrich Stutheit, per one tree, was born Feb 5, 1837 in New Bremen, Ohio, and Maria Caroline Borgmann was born August 13, 1839 in Minden, Germany.  They married April 18, 1858 in Clayton County, Iowa.

They had Wilhelm Heinrich Dec 29, 1863 in Clayton County,  Emil Helmuth Stutheit Dec 12, 1865 in Clayton County, Julius Frederich Wilhelm March 13, 1869 in Johnson County Nebraska, Clara March 29, 1874 in Johnson County, Martin J. October 30, 1876 in Nemaha, Nebraska, and Mathilda Marie July 13, 1878 in Nemaha County.   The tree lists four other children dying young

Wilhelm married Sophia K. Taten January 25, 1894 in Idalia.

Mathilda married Raymond Moore August 26, 1899 in Idalia.

Julius proved up a quarter in 1900 in section 34 4S 44W

Emil proved up a quarter in section 32, 4S 44W in 1893 and a Timber quarter next to it in 1903.

Herman H. claimed a quarter in 1898 in section 6, 5S 43W for Timber culture.

William proved up in 1898 in section 4, 5S 44W,

Martin proved up a quarter in 4 5S 44W in 1906.

1904 "Martin Stutheit who has a general store near Newton, Colo., was in our city a couple of days calling on our merchants and called on his way home to visit his sister Mrs. Ray Moore near Vernon."

1910 "Martin J. Stutheit, of the south divide, has been selected to run for this important position.  His qualifications are unquestioned.  Martin is a capable man in every way, and as surveyor would give the people of the county his best service."

1910 "Julius Stutheit and family arrived here from Louisville, Colo. last week to make this their future home."
