Paul Delto, Henry C. Delto, Hermann E. Delto, Landsman.
In 1880 Rush County, Kansas Ernest A. Delto 41, a stone mason and Christina 43 have August 17, William 15, Paul 14, Herman 12, and Henry 4. All born in Prussia except Henry in Nebraska. One tree said Ernest August Delto died March 28, 1888 in Idalia, and Christianne Johanna Nixdorph died February 2, 1895 in Idalia. Lee Zion surveyed the Delto burial ground, and said that one marker existed - Ernest A. Delto 1888.
August E. Delto was the groom in a December 4, 1902 wedding in Cheyenne Wyoming. The bride isn't listed but it could be Lillie Dukes.
In 1910 he might be the "Gus" Delto, 45, divorced, married 7 years, a gold miner in Anaconda, Teller County, Colorado. In 1920 Anaconda August Delto, 56, immigrating in 1871, naturalized 1908, born in Berlin, is still a gold miner. He's in Cripple Creek in 1930, still a miner. He's in Sparks Nevada in 1940, said he was there in 1935, still living alone.
There's a Louise Delto in 1940 Casper, Wyoming, divorced, born in Kansas, 52 (or 32).
Paul H. April 1866, Herman E. Nov 1867, and Henry C. Dec 1875 are living together in Idalia in 1900

In 1898 Redding, California a Herman Delto, age 31, paid poll tax.

1907 Herman E. Delto, conservator of the estate of Paul H. Delto, insane of Newton, Colorado, has filed notice to finalize five year proof for the land in Section 35, 5S 44W.
Sheriff Devlin was reimbursed $142 for transporting Paul Delto to the asylum.

In 1920 Idalia Henry C. is 44, born in Nebraska, married to Ada, 27 Colorado. They have Elma 7, Hilda 5, Theodore 3, and Irma 1. Brother Hermann, 52, Germany, is living with them.
In 1918 Henry Carl Delto of Hermes was in the "new draft" - maybe a son?
He's with them in 1930, too- Henry is 54, Ada M 37, Aline C 17,Hilda L. 15, Theodore E. 13, Irma N 12, Dora E 9, Ruth A. 7, and Herman 62.

Henry is widowed in 1940, a laborer in Boulder. Hilda, Theodore, Dora, Ruth and Grace I., 9 are with him.
Henry died Feb 7, 1959 and is buried in Mountain View, Boulder. FindAGrave has Ruth Ada in Green Mountain., with a death date of Nov 10, 1941 - that doesn't match the widower declaration in 1940.
Hilda Delto McIntyre passed away on July 29, 2010. She was born on a farm near Idalia, Colo., on Oct. 5, 1914. She was the second-oldest of seven children. Her early years were spent on the farm. She moved to Seattle in the early 1940s, where she met Kenneth McIntyre. They were married on Dec. 26, 1944. In August 1958 they moved to Fairbanks with their three children. Hilda worked as a cook for the Fairbanks North Star Borough School District and at the Pioneers' Home. A lifelong Christian, she was active in her church teaching Sunday school and singing in the choir. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth L. McIntyre. She survived by her children and their spouses, Karen and John Immel of Fairbanks, Mark and Doreen McIntyre of Minneapolis and David McIntyre of Marysville, Wash.; eight grandchildren and one great-grandson. A funeral and reception will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 5, at Zion Lutheran Church. -
Theodore E. 1916-1987 and Daisy M. Delto 1920-2001 are buried in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Littleton.
DAISY M. DELTO, 80, of Sheridan died Sept. 23. Services will be Thursday, Sept. 27, at Our Father Lutheran Church. Mrs. Delto was born in Hebron, Ind., on Oct. 20, 1920. She married Theodore, 1941.
