Harm E. Boden, Brunke Boden, Edward Boden, Nanne E. Boden, Landsman.

In 1900 there are three consecutive Boden families near Idalia  - one tree says Harm, Brunke, and Nanne were sons of Eilert Weyers Boden 1805-died 1870 and Eke Janssen Wemken - 1821 - 1885, both dyine in Klein Hesel, Leer, Ostfriesland, Germany.

Brunke Boden April 1865 Germany, married seven years to Clara Mar 1874 Nebraska. They have Ada Feb 1893, Herbert Sep 1894, Eldon Mar 1896, Bryan Nov 1897 and Herman Oct 1899 all Colorado.

Brunke Boden married Clara C. Stutheit Aug 13, 1893

In 1910 Brunke and Clara have Ada 17, Herbert 15, Eldor 14, Bryan 12, Herman 12, Crist 8, Ray 6, Matilda 5  and Emma 3.

1914 "Brunke Boden of near Newton returned Friday evening from a visit in Denver and other points in the state.  Mr. Boden visited his brothers-in-law, Amyl Stutheit of Lafayette and William Stutheit of Louisville while away."

 - and received Old Age Pension in Boulder Nov 3, 1933.

Brunke 1865-1935 and Clara C. 1875 -1936 are buried in Green Mountain Cemetery, Boulder.

In 1930 Herman is 40, married to Minnie 25, and they have LaVerne 3.

Eldor married Vera Viva Venstrom April 24, 1917 in Wray

Eldor John Boden registered for WWI in Sterling, saying he was born in Idalia March 16, 1896, and was married.

In 1920 Kirk they have John 2, and Russel two months, and brothers Bryon 22 and Christian 19.

In 1930 Fallon, Nevada "Eldon Bowden" and Vera V. are alone, and Eldor is a laborer on the highway.  - and then he's listed later on the page with Beulah as his wife, Viva 12, John 10, Russell 8, Alton 6, Beryl 4, and Enid 2.

In 1940 - still in Churchill County, Nevada, Eldon and Vera have Russell 20, Alton 17, Beryl 16, Enid 14, Doris 9, Claudia 5, Roberta 3, and Gerald 1. 

Eldor and Vera are buried in the Churchill cemetery.
 

Herbert Julius Boden registered in Idalia, saying he was born September 7, 1894 at Idalia, and was single.

H.J. Boden married Hilda Gardner Dec 25, 1917

In 1920 Kirk Herbert J. 25 and Josephine 23 have Dallas fifteen months and Ervin three months.

In 1930 Kit Carson County Herbert J and Hilda J. have "Dalas" 11, Ervin 10, Wanda 8, Iven 6, Maradel 5, Betty 2, and Roland 1.

In 1940 Boulder County Herbert and Josephine H. have Dallas E. 21, Ervin W. 20, Wanda P. 18, Ivan C. 17, Margaret D 15, BEtty R. 12, and Royce R. 11.

Harm May 1857 and Katie Feb 1864, with Lena Sep 1885 and Katie Nov 1886 - all Germany, and Anna June 1897 and Herman April 1900, both Colorado.

In 1910 Harm and Katie have Katie Jr. 13, Herman 10, Matilda 7, and Louisa 5.

In 1920 they have Anna 22, Herman 19, Matilda 16, and Louise 15.

H.E. Boden married Nina Miller Oct 11, 1920

Matilda Boden married Forest Breland June 4, 1924.

Harm E. Boden - May 2,1857 - Sept 28, 1939 and Katie E. Boden Feb 3, 1864 - Sept 24, 1940 are buried at St. John's Yuma County.

In 1930 "Harry" E. and Katie E. have Herman E. 29

Nannie July 1861, Gretzen Oct 1862, married 13 years.  They have Edward Sep 1887 - all three Germany, and Anna Nov 1889 and Wilhelm Dec 1892, Margrete July 1895, and Carl June 1898, all Colorado.

Nanne and Gretcha immigrated in 1888 from Germany with their son Edward, born in 1887.

In 1920 "Nanna" 59 and Gretchen 58 have "F Herman", 18, Johanne 16, and Marie 14.

Fred Boden married Rose Pfeiler October 14, 1924.

In 1930 Fred H. 29, and Rosa M. 25 have Harlan F. 4, Virginia M. nine months, and Nanne E. 68 is living with them.

In 1940 Fred 39 and Rosie 35 have Harlan 14 and Virginia 10.

Edward H. Boden married Ella Clark Nov 4, 1903

1911 "A marriage license was issued Wednesday to Wm. Boden and Mrs. Kate Bambuge, both of Idalia."

In 1919 school district #92 was called "Boden", with Rose Beezley of Kirk as teacher.
