Delia's parents are the "Jake" Carpenter that Fred Kaileywas living with. So Frank's uncle Fred probably came out to livve near them, but with so many kids Fred stayed with Delia's parents?

In 1930 Frontier County, Nebraska Goldie is 31, married to James P. Burke 34, with June, 9, all born in Nebraska.
All three are in Lincoln, Nebraska in 1940. James is a dishwasher at the VA Hospital.
James Paul Burke 1896-1974 is buried in Fort Logan # 3339111.
Goldie, born January 15, 1900, died in March 1992, and is buried in Yuma.
Ila J. Lee 1921-1993 is buried in Fort Logan # 3356644,
with Frederick J. Lee, Jr. Lt U.S. Navy 1915-1986
