Mrs. Ella Branton, 74, native of Crawford county, died Tuesday night at the home, 64 South Gamble street, following an illness of several years. Born in Crawford county March 20, 1866,
Mrs. Branton had been a resident of Shelby for 20 years. She was a member of First Methodist church. Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Sadie Gribben [Mrs. Charles Gribben] of Green...Mich and Miss Anna Humphrey of Shelby. Funeral services will be held at 3 p. m. Saturday at the Dye funeral home with Rev. Arthur Staples, pastor of First Methodist church, assisted by Rev. Russell Hmderer of Mansfield, officiating.
Burial will be made in Oakland cemetery
