Burr and Olive Ellen (Stuck) Glenn, Eckley.

Burr Glenn was born January 1883 in Pleasantville, Iowa to Millard and Emmaline Glenn . After 24 years in Smith County, Kansas, he and his parents moved to the area just southwest of Eckley in 1910. Millard and Burr came to Yuma County to locate land a year before the rest of the family moved. Their homestead intents were both filed August 6, 1909 and father and son proved up the same day in September 1913.

Olive Stuck was born to Ulysses L and Inna Elma Stuck in December 1891 in Hardy, Nebraska. The family moved to Eckley in April 1911 and settled near the Glenns. Olive and Burr were married in Wray on October 27, 1911. They had three children. Burr and Olive quit the farm in 1951 and moved into retired life in Wray where Burr died in January 1968 and Olive less than three weeks later in February 1968. They are buried in the Eckley Cemetery.

Burr and Olive Glenn's children were:
    1. Raymond B. (1912-2003) married Blanche L. Watson;
    2. Cecil F. (1913-1968) married Stella M. Hilbert; and
    3. Louise W. (1916-1918)
