Catherine Sommer

Catherine Sommer's estate had two quarters in 4N 46W in 1922. - originally claimed by Charles B. Thatcher and Wm G. Mathiesen.

Possibly she's the Kathryn Sommer owning a lot in Denver in 1910.

She’s a sister of Christian Sommer – he’s a doctor -  in  the 1920  Haxtun Phiilips County census.  She said she immigrated in 1866, became naturalized 1876  He was in Denver in 1910 – widowed, a physician, a lodger.
March 19, 1925 Haxtun “A real estate deal was closed last Saturday whereby Albert Scheel became owner of the C.N. Sommer farm three miles east and one half south of Haxtun.  This well improved farm sold for $36 per acre and Mr. Scheel will have a fine home equally distant from Haxtun and Dailey.”

Christian is back in Denver in 1930, lodger, saying he's a doctor - at age 80.

He's probably the Christan Nafziger Sommer qualifying for Old Age Pension in Denver in 1933.
