Hartford B. Welker, 82, of Fredericktown, Missouri, died September
6, 2002 at Ozark Manor II in Fredericktown. Mr. Welker was born November
3, 1919 in Fredericktown, the son of Rachel Welker and Ephrum R. Welker.
Mr. Welker married June Mann on July 5, 1940. He was preceded in death by his parents, son; Daniel L. Welker, grandson; Daniel C. Welker, brother; Carl Cole, and sister; Pearl Whitener. Survivors include his wife, daughters; Karen L. Matthews of Union Grove, Alabama, Leshia A. Taylor of Grapevine, Texas; Sisters; Ethel Jewell Hawn of Fredericktown, Rosalee Bailey of Grand Junction, Colorado; five grandchildren. Funeral services were September 10, 2002 at Follis's Sons Funeral Home with Tom Johnson officiating.
