Anton Faller died June 22, 1869,
and is buried in Hocking County, # 130359473.
In 1880 Hocking County, Forester is a coal miner, 32, weith brother Samuel 35 and mother Lydia 65.
Lydia Faller died January 16, 1894, and is buried in Branklin County, Nebraska # 135515508.

Foster Faller is in Smith County, Kansas in 1910, single, farming, 63,
born in Ohio.
In December 1916 "Mr. Fos Faller" was a guest at the wedding of Georgia Rogers and John Marquart, sixteen mils north and two mile east of Yuma.
Forester proved up a quarter in section 23, 5N 48W in 1917.
He had letters remaining at the Yuma post office in 1917.
1918 Smith County, Kansas "Forester E. Faller, the above named defendant, will take notice that the said Herman S. Manhkey did, on the 26th day of June, 1918, file his petition in said District Court within and for the County of Smith and State of Kansas, against the said Forester E. Faller, defendant, and that the said Forester E. Faller must answer said petition filed as aforesaid, on or before the 9th day of August, 1918, or said petition will he taken as true and a judgment rendered in aid action as prayed for in said petition. The object and prayer of said petition is to have a certain deed dated September 1, 1885, executed by one Isaiah Myers and wife to said Forester E. Faller and others, purporting to convey to said Forester E. Faller and others the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of section two (2), in township one (1), south, and range fifteen (15), west of the sixth P. M., in Smith County and State of Kansas, "
