He was delinquent on taxes for that land in 1898 and 1903.
William also had a record of a timber claim in 5N 48W, but it wasn't completed.
He POSSIBLY is the real estate agent in 1900 Silver Bow County, Montana, born June 1858 in Pennsylvania, married ten years to Jessie Nov 1868 Illinois. William H. Sept 1891 was born in Missouri, and Clifford R. January 1895 in Montana.
In 1860 Philadelphia, Wm. Crabtree is 31, Mary 30, and WILLIAM 2.
William H. Crabtree was in Philadelphia in 1870,

Jessie May Crabtree 1867-1924 is also buried in Hollywood # 7077668.

William Hoyt Crabtree 1891-1973 is buried in Reno, Nevada # 23147025.
Clifford R. Crabtree, born January 4, 1895 in Missouri, died in Los Angeles County September 6, 1968.
He's buried in Hollywood # 7077666.
