Milford L. Curley, 59, died Julv 7, 1997, at Washoe Medical Center.
A native of Fort Collins. Colo., he was born Aug. 8, 1937,
to Earl Clarence and Frances Baldwin Curlev, and had lived
in Sparks since 1978, coming from Colorado. Curley was a
reporter for newspapers in Reno, Sparks and Colorado.
He was also a volunteer for the past three years at Veterans
Administration Medical Center, Reno. His father died in Jan. 1967,
and twin sister. Mildred Curley, preceded him in death.
Surviving are mother, Frances Bradley and sister, Velta Hansel,
both of Sparks; three nieces and two nieces. A memorial service is
scheduled for 10 a.m. Monday at Ross, Burke & Knobel Mortuary. Sparks. Cremation will be at Masonic Memorial Gardens, under the direction of the funeral home
