"Loyd William Anderson, died suddenly in mid-afternoon Sunday at his home here. Death was due to an appurent heart attack. Coming to Cedaredge from Otis in 1954, Mr. Anderson was employed by the Town of Cedaredge and was a special deputy sheriff in the county. He was born Oct. 24, 1907,. at Holdrege, Neb. He married the former Hilda Connell at St. Francis, Kan., Sept. 5, 1935.
Surviving are his wife; two sons, Clarence of Denver, Myran of Boise, Idaho; a daughter, Mrs. Joann Dunker of Hudson; two brothers; three sisters; and seven grandchildren."
