Edward F. Enyeart, as Administrator of the estate of William Enyeart, deceased, said decedent also being known as William N. Enyeart, Ida C. Enyeart, Adam G. Enyeart, Eva Calkins, James W. Enyeart, Edward F. Enyeart, Berry P. Enyeart, Noah E. Enyeart, Ruth E. Enyeart, Joseph E. Enyeart, and Ralph Crews, as Public Trustee of Yuma County, Colorado. Defendants by virtue of a certified copy of decree of the above entitled Court, operating as a special execution, issued out of the District Court of the City and County of Denver, State of Colorado, to me as Sheriff of Yuma County, Colorado, diiected in favor of the Colorado Farms Company and against the defendants above named, whereby I am commanded to make the sum of Seven Thousund Eighty-one and 5/100 Dollars ($7081.05) damages and the further sum of Sixty-two and 75/100 Dollars ($62.75) costs, I have levied upon and taken in execution the following described real estate and all the right, title and interest of the said defendants in and to the following described real estate situated lying and being in the County of Yuma, State of Colorado, to-wit: West half of Section-twenty (20) and the east half of Section nineteen (19), Township five North, Range forty-two west, containing 640 acres, more or less, shich I shall offer for sale at public auction on the twenty-seventh day of April, 1925, at ten A. "Ed Enyeart sprang a surprise upon his many friends when he went to Denver Thursday and was married to Miss Caroline Ells of Topeka, Kansas. The bride has made many friends during her visits here. The groom is a prosperous farmer and has grown to manhood here In Yuma county. The happy couple returned home Saturday and were chavaried by their many friends Monday evening. Their friends extend many good wishes. "

May 1933 " Little Jay Enyeart spent a few days at the Bill Banaka home this week."

June 1933 " Mr. and Mrs. Ed Enyeart and Joy called at the Mat Walcott home and Bill Banaka home Friday."

June 29, 1933 " Mrs. Eva Calkins and Vivian from Lincoln, Neb., have been visiting with a sister, Mrs. Ruth Sheppell and family, also with a brother, Edd Enyeart and family.
Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Edd Enyeart were Mr. and Mrs. Mahlon Sheppell and Mrs. Eva Calkins and Vivian."

July 6, 1933 "Mr. and Mrs. Ed Enyeart are the proud parents of a 9-pound boy at the Olmstead home in Holyoke Friday."

January 1934 " Ed Enyeart and Olaf Oman were shoppers in Holyoke Tuesday. "

January 1934 "Mr. and Mrs. Ed Enyeart and Mrs. Otto Krautschun were up cleaning up the John Shaw house. Mr. and Mrs. Enyeart are moving there right away. "

August 1934 " Mr. and Mrs. Ed Enyeart and children called on Mrs. Carl Els of Laird Monday. "
