Charles Riley , Pleasant Valley
Charles cash-claimed a quarter in 4, 4N 47W in 1890, next to James W. Magee at the same time.
There's probably no way of knowing which of the hundreds of Charles Riley names was in Yuma County, but this is a possibility.
In 1885 Arapahoe County (probably Denver) Charles Riley, 25 born in Ohio, is an expressman, with mother Rose, - siblings Mary 17 , Joseph 18, Katy 15.
In 1886 Mrs. Rose Riley lives at 2 Shackleton Place. In 1891 she's on S. Venice ne cor. Ellsworth. So does Miss Mary F. Riley, teacher Bryant School, and Joseph P. Riley, an insurance agent.
In 1895 Rose and Mary are at Emerson ne corner E. Ellsworth, but Joseph is no longer with them.
In 1900 Charles V. Riley is a a cashier at D & RG , living at 1661 Franklin. Rose and Mary are still at Emerson & Ellsworth.
