John proved up a quarter in 32, 4N 47W in 1894, the same time as many Bukovina claims in the township.

Possibly:  In 1880 Richardson County, Nebraska, Albert Maye4 is 42, Elisebeth 32, Joseph P. 18, John A. 15 Eliza C. 11, Francis H. 9, and Flora J. 5.

Albert Moyer 47, Indiana, Elizabeth 46 Pennsylvania, J.P son  23 Iowa,  J.A. Moyer in 1885 Richardson County, Nebraska, 20, Nebraska, E.C. daughter 16, F. H. 14 daughter, F.J. 10 daughter, and J.L. 7? daughter.

Albert Moyer 1838-1908 and Elizabeth M. (Stover) Moyer 1838-1900 are buried in Lynchburg Cemetery, Humboldt, Richardson County, Nebraska     # 55115202.

In 1900 Muscatine Iowa, John A. Moyer has a livery stable, born May 1865 in Illinois, is married four years to Irene Oct 1877 Nebraska.  They have Mary E. March 1897 and Lila M. Jan 1899, all born in Nebraska.

In 1920 Lincoln, Nebraska (University Place) John is 54, Irene 43, Mary E. 22, Howard 16, Nina 15, Roy 11, Woodrow 6, Thelma 4, Dorothy 2, and Edna 1.

In 1930 Lincoln, Nebraska, John is a railroad watchman, 64, Irene 52, with Howard C. 24, Woodrow W. 16, Thelma D. 4, and Edna M. 12.  Woodrow was born in Kansas, everyone else in Nebraska.

In 1940 Lincoln, John and Irene have only Edna, 22.

1944

March 4, 1945 "Mrs. Irene Moyer died at the Methodist hospital at Omaha on Jan. 17, 1945, at the age of 66 years. 3 months and 8 days. Irene Moyer was the daughter of Ira and Elizabeth Harshbarger, and was born in Washington state on Oct. 19, 1878. At an early age her parents moved to Humboldt, Neb., where she was made a member of the Duncard church.   On Nov. 9, 1895, she was united in marriage to John Moyer and they lived in Humboldt until 1918 when they came to Lincoln. Her husband preceded her in death in May, 1944. Surviving are six daughters. Mary Mize, Nina Holden, and Edna Becker of Lincoln; Lila Swick, Omaha; Effie Harris, Wymore, and Thelma Litchfield, Kansas City; three sons, Woodrow and Roy of Lincoln and Howard of Omaha; two sisters, Ina Edwards, Lincoln, and Mrs. C. K. Warfield, Oregon; and two brothers, Clarence Harshbarger of Missouri and Ralph of Humboldt. Funeral services were held at Eloper Sons' Havelock chapel, Rev. Merlin Dana officiating. Donald Fawcett sang, accompanied by Mrs. Ethel Matison. Interment was in the Havelock cemetery. Pallbearers were Alco Baker, 3. N. Densmore, Walter Swick, Irvin Davis, George Theim and Harry McDonald. "

John  1865-1944    # 21810655  and Irene 1878-1945 are buried in Fairview.

Lila May Swick,  born Jan 15, 1899, died May 13, 1984 in San Bernardino County, mother's name Harshbarger, father Moyer.

Lila May (Moyer) Swick 1899-1984 and her sister Nina I. Sapp  1904-1996  share a stone in Fairview.
