In 1900 York County, Nebraska, Robert Scott is 59 born in Ireland, with Mary M. 52 Ohio. Lonie J. was born May 1881 in Ohio, Joe 21 and Clarence 16 in Ohio, Ray 13, Roy 11, and Cecila 7 in Nebraska. They're next to the Edand Saran Cheney couple in their 60's
June 15, 1900 "Alonzo Scott and Robert Gustin were arrested at Benkelman, Nebraska, charged with cattle stealing. The preliminary trial wil be held at St. Francis, Kansas, as the alleged theft ws committed in that state."
