Walter A. Parker, Stephen W. Parker

1899 the Yuma Pioneer "E. Parker of Eckley was in the city Sunday."

In 1900 there's a Walter Parker, born March 1887 in Nebraska, with Henry and Mary Parker in Johnson County, Nebraska.  Siblings are John 15, Emma 10, and Jennie 4.

And in 1900 Jefferson County Nebraska there's a Walter Parker, born January 1877 in Nebraska, a farm laborer, living alone.

This one might be the one in 1880 Jefferson County Nebraska - "Albert", age 3, with father Walter Charles Parker and Elizabeth Parker, both 33.

Walter A. Parker married Anna Shannon November 16, 1916 in Fort Morgan  Father Juily (who had served the Catholic churches in Akron and Wray) did the service.

Walter registered for WWI in Eckley, saying he was born January 29, 1877.  He might be the Walter A. Parker, 42, born in Nebraska, in 1920 Highland Park, Michigan - a "general worker" for the Department of Public Works, married to Anna M. 34, born in New Mexico.

She might be the Annie Shannon in 1910 Wayne County Michigao, born in 1886, a draftswoman for the patent office.

Still there in 1930, a salesman, and in 1940 a butcher.

In 1900 Eckley a Stephen Parker is boarding with the Botiman family . 

In 1914 he was a witness for Thomas J. Protsman, along with Algernon E. Miller, John S. Hitchcock, and James Toner, all of Wray.

In 1917 he was a witness for Florence L. Turman Yenter for land in 2N 45W.

In 1920 Eckley Stephen is 33, farming, and Henry and Mary are living with him.

Steve Parker married Ida Kinser October 2, 1926.

In 1930 Eckley Steve W. is 43, married to Ida May 23, with Walter R. 1, and Mary A. 68.

In 1940 Stephan - a laborer for the WPA - and Ida and Walter are in Spanish Fork, Utah, added Henry A. 6 and Carlton S. -- seven months.  They were in Wiggins in 1935.

Stephen Walter Parker, March 2, 1887 - February 5, 1964 and Ida May Kinser Parker - April 23, 1907 - July 3 1975 are buried in Spanish Fork cemtery.

Walter proved up on 320 acres in 3N 45W in 1919, centered in section 6.  He might be related to the Stephen W. Parker, proving up in 1920 in 22, 4N 45W - about three miles west of Walter.
