In 1870 Warren County, Iowa, William is 21, born in Illinois, with Ann, 18, and Delilah 1.

In 1880 Butler County, Kansas William "Havey", 32 Illinois, E. A. Havey, Wife, 28 Iowa, D. C. Havey Daughter, 11 Iowa, E. E. Havey, Daughter 9, Iowa, and S. J. Havey, Daughter 3, Iowa.

In 1885 Thayer County, Nebraska, Elsie A. Harvey is 32, Delilah C. 16, Bettie E. 14, Sarah J. 7, William D. 4, and Charles B. 2.
All were born in Iowa, except William in Kansas.

Elsie A. Kendall Harvey, 35, born Henry Co. Iowa to William and Elizabeth Kendall, married Frank Dunbar on 26 Feb 1889 in Arapahoe, Furnas County, Nebraska.

In 1900 Garfield County, Oklahoma, Frank A. Dunbar is 41, Annie E. Dunbar 47, William D. Harvey 19, Charles B. Harvey 17, James E. Dunbar 10, Minnie M. Dunbar 8.

When William Darius Harvey registered for WWI in Wray, he listed Anna Dunbar of Wray as his closest relative. He was born September 12, 1880, farming
Anna proved up 160 acres in sections 26, 27, 34, and 35, 2S 44W in 1919.



In 1920 Garfield County, Oklahoma, Elsie A. Dunbor is 50, James E. Dunbar 20, and Minnie M. Dunbar 18.


"To every person in actual possession or occupancy of the hereinafter described land, lot or premises, and to the person in whose name the same was taxed or specially assessed, and to all persons having an Interest or title of record in or to the same and to whom it may concert and more especially to D. E. Trogler, and David R. Wilson, Notice Is Hereby Given That on the 14th. day of November, A. D. 1927, the following described property, situated in the County of Yuma, State of Colorado, to-wit: The Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section Thirty-Five, in Township Two South of Range Forty-Four West of the 6th, P. M. containing 40 acres, was sold for the general taxes for the year 1926 levied and assessed by the proper authorities of said County and purchased by Wm. Pyle who hath made request upon the treasurer of said county for a deed. That said Wm. Pyle is the lawful holder of said certificate and has made request upon the Treasurer of said County for a Tax Deed to said real estate. That said real estate and premises were taxed for said year, 1926 in the name of Anna Dunbar. That the statutory three (3) years period of redemption of said real estate from such tax sale did expire on the 14th day of November, A. D. 1930.
Notice is hereby given that a Tax Deed will be Issued for said real estate on June 27th, A. D. 1931, unless the same has been redeemed prior to the issuance of said Tax Deed.

Elsie Dunbar is widowed in 1930 Garfield County, 77, living alone.

Elsie Anna Kendall Harvey Dunbar is buried in Garfield County # 83385086, with Frank A. Dunbar 1858-1908.

Sarah J. Harvey and David Reid married in Furnas County, Nebraska on August 1, 1894.

Sarah Jane Harvey Reid 1878-1941 is buried in McCook, Nebraska # 94719078.

May 1917 "Dr. Reid of McCook, Nebraska, was a Vernon visitor Monday of this week, coming down to do some surgical work for Dr. Worth's patients. He had only been in town a few minutes when he was summoned back home to attend a patient who had been seriously injured. Miss Louise Thomas and mother accompanied him to McCook. Miss Thomas will have her nose operated on for adenoids and hypertrophied turbinates ."

Delilah married Lewis F. Bales, and in 1920 they're in Ellis County, Oklahoma.

Lewis Franklin Bales 1858-1932 is buried in Roger Mills County, Oklahoma # 132178196.

WILLIAM DARIUS HARVEY

April 1930 "The Beecher Island neighborhood was shocked by the news that Warren Harvey, only son of Mr. and Mrs. W. D. Harvey of Hayward, Okla., was killed in an accident Sunday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Harvey lived near Beecher for several years and Mrs. Harvey formerly taught the Beecher Island School. The message did not give any details of the accident. The sympathy of the community goes out to them in their loss."

1931

July 1937 Wray "W. D. Harvey of Enid, Okla., and Mable and Evelyn Jones from Bird City, Kans., spent a few days at the Glen Allen home. "

July 1953 "Mrs. W. D. Harvey, Rev. and Mrs. Trent of Hayward, Okla., called at the Beryl Allen home Wednesday morning. They were enroute to the Glen Allens and other relatives at the foot of the Rockies. "

ELIZABETH

Elizabeth Anna Harvey Clark, born 28 Nov 1869 in Milo, Warren County, Iowa, died 5 Oct 1936 in Carleton, Thayer County, Nebraska. She's buried in the Carleton Cemetery, FindaGrave # 52648032.ยท
"Elizabeth Anna Harvey was the second child of William and Anna Harvey. She was born in Milo, Iowa on November 28, 1869 and died at her home in Carleton, Nebraska on October 5, 1936 at the age of 66 years, 10 months and 8 days.
At the age of ll, she moved with her parents to Carleton where with the exception of seven years she resided until her death. The seven years she spent in Clovis, New Mexico.
She joined the Brethren Church in 1902 and lived a faithful Christian life, never losing an opportunity to speak to others of her, Christ.
In 1885 she was married to Geo. J. Jones. To this union two children were born, Jesse G. of Bird City, Kansas and Mrs. Francis Rachow of Carleton. Her husband, preceded her in death on November 16, 1917.
On March 31st, 1919 she was married to T. Clark of Carleton and was happy in a quiet home life.
She leaves to mourn her loss, her husband, her son and daughter, two sisters and three brothers, Mrs. J. M. Millard of McCook, Nebr., William Harvey of Lucien, Okla., Mrs. Minnie West of Lucien, Okla., Charlie Harvey of Clovis, N.M., James Dunbar of Vinta, Okla.; four step-children, Mrs. Ida Ikenberry of LaVerne, Calif., Mrs. Effie McCluskey of Sterling, Colo., Mrs Flossie Heckman of Wagoner, Okla., and Archie Clark of Quinter, Kansas; also seven grandchildren and twelve step-grandchildren besides a host of friends who share with the family in mourning her loss. "

Sarah Jane was in McCook in 1920, a cook, married to Jerry M. Millard (his first wife Hazel Hall died in 1919.)
In 1940 they're in Denver.


CLARA'S FAMILY

Clara was born October 6, 1881 in Jackson Township, Wayne County, Iowa to Charles C. Osborn and Lida Drusilla Sinclair.

In 1900 Garfield County, Oklahoma, Charles is 44, Lida 39, CLARA 18, Grace 17, Justus 15, Winifred 10, Fred 7, Irene 3, and Ray 1.

Charles 1856-1929 is buried in Pawhuska, Osage County, Oklahoma # 83224250.
So is Lyda D. Osborn 1860-1938 # 82334251.

WILLIAM AND CLARA

W.D. Harvey, 20, married Clara Osborn on August 19, 1900 in Noble County, Oklahoma.

In 1910 they're in Garfield County, William 39, Clara 28, and Warren E. newborn.

In 1920 Vernon precinct, William is 39, Clara M. 38 born in Iowa, parents born in Pennsylvania, and Warren 10 born in Oklahoma.

William proved up two quarters in sections 12 and 13, 3S 44W, and another for Stock in 13, in 1922.



In 1930 Garfield County, William is farming, 49, Clara M. 48, with Wrren E. 20.

August 1941 " Mr. and Mrs. W. D. Harvey and Leona Bauman of Lucien, Okla. arrived at the Glen Allen home Friday where they will visit for several days with friends and neighbors in this community. "
