In 1900 Cripple Creek, Colorado, William is running a produce company, born April 1859, married one year to Joanna Sept 1860, both born in New York.
1909 "Mrs. W. F. Ryan of Denver arrived in Wray Thursday afternoon enroute to Haigler
. Mr. Ryan has purchased an interest in the Porter & Porter store at that place."
In 1910 Haigler, Nebraska, William F. Ryan is a salesman in a general store, 51, with Johanna 52, both born in New York, married eleven years.
1911 Yuma "We wish to thank our customers for their patronage in the past,
and having sold our business to W. F. Ryan, hope they may give him the same co-operation and support we have received.

May 30, 1913 "The members of the Catholic church are justly proud of the fine new
altars, pews and other furnishings which are this week being installed.
The new furniture is a gift from the Catholic Church Extension, and was
secured largely through the efforts
of Mrs. W. F. Ryan, who is a personal friend of Arch Bishop Quigley of Chicago."

for a few days of pleasure at Denver, Colorado Springs, Cripple Creek and other points."
1917 "Sergeant Wm. T. Lafler came in from Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, on the noon train Sunday, to spend his furlough with his uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. W.F. Ryan."

May 25, 1922 "W. F. Ryan died last night shortly after 11 o'clock after an illness of about a week. The direct cause of death was pneumonia."

June 8, 1922 "Mrs. W.F. Ryan returned Monday from her sad trip to Buffalo, New York, to which city she had taken the body of her husband for burial."
In August 1923 Johanna F. Ryan was the administratrix of his estate.
October 22, 1925 "Mrs. W. F. Ryan, a former resident of Yuma, came in from Buffalo, New York Thursday of last week, for a few weeks visit with old-time friends and to attend to business matters."
Johanna Ryan is in Buffalo in 1925, 67, retired, living with her sister Ellen A. Burke 58 and her husband William T. 60 an engineer inspector . Burke's son Joseph 28 is a clerk, William 24 a doctor, Jospeh Burke - brother of William - 56, retired.
Next houssehold is Raymond Burke, a merchant, 29, with Katherine 28, Jean 4.
November 19, 1925 "Mesdames R.E. Chilcoat, W.F. Ryan, A.P. Flaten, Warner and Wm. Butts drove to Morgan one day last week for a brief visit."
April 17, 1890 Rochester "Miss Johanna Ryan, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Ryan, of Batavia, was married yesterday morning to Charles F Lafler, of Brock port, by the Rev. Father Brougham at St. Joseph's parsonage in Batavia. A few relatives and friends were present."
William's sister Johanna H. Ryan married (first Charles Lofler?) then George L. O'Brien, and in 1938 and 1940 they're in Rochester, New York.
In 1910 Batavia, George is 35 first marriage, Johanna O. 46 second mariage , Margaret O. 6, Raymond O. 3, Helne Lafler 19, William Lafler 17, John 15, Ruth 13, Cornelia 11.

(Mary was the younger sister of Catherine O. O'Hearn who married Ray Burke.)

"July 9, 2000; beloved daughter of the late Raymond and Kathryn (O'Hearn) Burke; also survived by loving cousins and many caring friends. Friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday at 9:30 AM at St. Teresa's Church. Jeanne was retired from Buffalo Public Schools and a member of the Mercy Foundation, American Legion Auxiliary Post 721 and the Jewish Center of Greater Buffalo. Arrangements entrusted to REDDINGTON FUNERAL HOME. .

Raymond Burke - Sept 6, 1895 - May 1972 had a last residence of Lake View, Erie County, New York.
Jeanne Marie Burke, a longtime teacher at South Park High School, died Sunday (July 9, 2000) in her Town of Hamburg home after a long illness. She was 79.
Born in Yuma, Colo., she moved to the Buffalo area during her youth. She was a graduate of South Park High School and D'Youville College. She also did graduate work at Canisius College, the University of Buffalo and Syracuse University.
Ms. Burke was a 37-year employee of the Buffalo School District, first as a teacher, then as an attendance officer. At South Park, she taught history. Each year, she sponsored a St. Patrick's Day program.
